Staff friendly. Was woken up very early with staff talking outside and fixing things. Walls are too thin.

wanted a cheap and cheerful place well located thats what i got,.The only down side was the drains and the funny smell in the bath room. Staff were polite probably the only people who were in Madrid lol.Also i wouldn't recommend for family as there are alot of ladies of the night in the same street.But for young couple and even stagg do yeah great.

Basic cheap hotel. Good value, you sort of get what you pay for, which for me was ok. It is in the seedier district so as a single male guest I was often accosted as I came to and from the hotel by the several prostitutes who ply their trade outside the hotel. Saying that, politely declining is all that was needed. The room was basic, clean and comfortable and relatively quiet. Great no frills hotel, cheap and cheerful! and as for the working ladies, they were very cheerful, as to how cheap, I wouldn't know!

Location is close to the center of town (Prado, et al), but in the red light district. That's right. Lots of prostitutes on the street. And maybe we were there on a bad night, but it was SO loud both outside and inside the hotel. I can't recommend this place. TERRIBLE nights sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are desperate. Our shower was good. And the room was fairly clean. But you can do better. I wish I'd stayed elsewhere.

Asked for a wake-up call for going to the airport. Luckily, my alarm went off. Lady at reception iddn't speak english. she might have called the wrong nummer, becasue at 3.45 am; somebody's phone was ringing.---------And, after I was robbeb from my money on Grand via, I did,'t find the area so save anymore for a woman by herself. No, by myself I wouldn't stay there aone. 2nd.: In the evening I heard a lot of noises at the hall. And the last night, there was a lot of screaming and fighting going on in the prostitute neighborhood. 3rd.: The reception called a taxi to the airport; I got in a fight with the driver. He needed too much money; something as E45,- and while other people paid for the same distance around E24,-. The reception should have that arranged on my behalf, for a taxi driver who has a permit for driving to the airport.
