The best hotel for value. The rooms are spacious and are fully equipped to make your own meals in the room. Between happy hour with free cocktails and free cooked-to-order breakfast staying here was very economical. An affordable vacation.

I liked the feeling of community. I liked the lay out of the area. My son, his wife and children were also there. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed the common area. Our grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool very much. It was a very pleasant stay.

This was an outstanding buy - very comfortable and large suites, excellent cooked breakfast, pleasant happy hour, and free internet connections. I would definitely stay here again.

I paid in advance for the hotel room that my mother would be staying in, she was unable to make the orginal check-in date but called to say she would be a day late and to please hold her room. She was told that the room would still be available. (this was a travel website rep). When she arrived the next day she was made to post a deposit for the room and the lady at the desk was not very friendly. Other than this one not so great check-in, the room and all of the other amenities were as stated.

Older hotel with outside doors. Under the SkyHarbor flight path so lots of airport noise and since the windows are old and dont close all the way it sounds like the jets are landing in your room. The rooms have kitchenettes and the floors show the grime of cooking with spots and soiling. Bedspread was stained and dirty. The sheets are old and rough. No bath and the shower stall leaked large puddles. Set near the strip joints and adult stores, this is a haven for retired seniors tours so every mornign there is a bus rumbling in and parking making noise at 6:30 to 7AM. Yes there is a free breakfast but you have to wait often 20 minutes for a table from a sullen maitre d. The floors in the breakfast area are soiled and dirty. The waiters were very nice. The desk clerk did his best. He had the carpet cleaned in my room, but three days of noise and tour buses and I had to get out. Travelocity negotiated some of my money back and we moved to a much nicer hotel at the same price.

When I went there,I stayed there for about 2 days. I was able to enjoy the scenic view. We went to several places and visit several famous scenic sights. At night we rested in the hotel and everytime we went out and then came back, the room is always clean. It was a very wonderful experience

I think that there could have been more towels in the room. The price was very affordable. The kitchenette was great. Hotel employees were very helpful with directions. I think that the continental breakfast should have been a buffet, the waitresses were understaffed and frazzled. No one was tipping those girls either, a lot of cheap travelers. Make it a buffet. Also The restaurant had cigarette odor.I think that overall the hotel was great and I would stay there again and tell other people about it. One other thing, you should have a pet section.

We were in Scottsdale to play 4 great golf courses; so, a no-frills motel was our goal. But, a decent comlementary full breakfast worked out great; however, we never used the pool or made it to the manager's reception each night.

The happy hour which was nightly and very social. The furnishings are shabby around the pool. They need to upgrade the pool area furniture and it was dirty just taking a cleaning to them would help. My shower head shot water in multi directions and my toilet ran from time to time. The food for breakfast is airline food. Need to cook scrambled eggs to order, and toast needs to be actually toasted. It is soggy. The beds are not comfortable kind of hard. The grounds do not show any attention to detail. I never saw anyone with a broom sweeping up incidentals. The cabana area was dirty. As I said before, the chairs were dirty and I mean really dirty where people put there hands. When swine flu is a concern you would think they would wipe the chairs down. But I suppose they don't make tips doing that, and the employees work for tips. This hotel could be a really great place if they put more effort into making it shine. The soap baskets in the bathrooms should be removed. There was mold growing in mine, which I poured hydrogen peroxide into. You should have seen the bubbles. Either replace the baskets more often or find something which you can wash more easily. The lounge chairs by the pool are sun faded and ugly. It is time to replace them. The air conditioners in the room do a poor job of cooling. I have stayed at this hotel before in a different room and had the same issue. All this being said, I like this hotel. I like the location. I liked the social hour in the evening and met some nice people from the UK. This hotel seems to be a magnet for foreign tours.

We stayed at the Hospitality Suite Resort for several days while in Phoenix. The room was clean, the helpful staff was available when we had special requests and in general it was a good experience. At this time of year, the value for the cost of the room was excellent. We stay in some very fine hotels in the southwest - mostly the Tucson area - at more than three times the price. While those resorts have superior amenities, the stay at the Hospitality Resort fit our needs while in Phoenix. I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay for anyone who would like a good value.

While the rooms are a little older, and not large, they are well-kept and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there's a grocery store across the street, so this is a great place for an extended stay. They even provide gas barbecues by the pool for you to use. The cooked-to-order breakfast is decent, and the free evening happy hour is for real! There are several good restaurants within walking distance, and they even offer free shuttle service to & from the airport, so a car is not required. I've stayed in nicer places in my life... but only for a lot more money.

Everything work just fine in the King Jr Suite. There was no stove, just a double top burner. The lack of stove changed the outcome of my in-room dining experience a bit. Wireless internet worked great. Complimentary breakest was flawless everyday. Excellant location in Scottsdale, but a little difficult to see from Scottsdale Road. Will strongly consider staying here again.
