It all begins with the casino, where players can choose from over 1,600 slots and over 50 table games including a Poker Room. Come experience the Horseshoe Casino's legendary Vegas-style gaming tradition. Horseshoe Casino's beautiful hotel is the tallest structure of its kind between Dallas and Atlanta. Its 25 stories contain 606 luxurious suites, ranging in size of 550 to 600 square feet, and all created with your utmost comfort and convenience in mind. Guests can take advantage of a health spa, conference rooms, restaurants, and retail shops. All suites feature cozy pillow top beds, made exclusively for Horseshoe.

The Horseshoe Bossier Casino and Hotel offers a casino with more than 1,600 slot machines, 50 table games, and a poker room. Four restaurants are on site; one is open 24 hours a day and room service is always available.

The Horseshoe Bossier City Retail Concourse includes a wide range of shopping. The full-service health spa offers aromatherapy, body wraps, massages, facials, and reiki. The health club (surcharge) has a variety of cardio equipment and free weights as well as a sauna and a steam room.

Valet parking is complimentary. Wireless Internet access is available for $10.95 per 24 hour period. Meeting space and banquet facilities are available. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and has a safe-deposit box.

With the new Pet Stay Initiative, Horseshoe Bossier Casino Hotel is now pet friendly! Book special Pet Stay rooms at a slightly increased fee, and stay with your favorite pet. Guests traveling with their dog will be asked to provide a credit card upon check-in, and fill out a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel. Dogs are only allowed in specified guestrooms and guests must make reservations in advance to travel with their dog. The hotel only allows dogs that weigh less than 50 pounds and up to two dogs are allowed per room.
