What are your breakfast options?

We sell breakfast vouchers for Troll's Restaurant at a cost of $12 per voucher. In addition to juice, coffee and tea, the voucher is valid for certain menu items. Alternatively, a guest can go to Troll's without a prepaid voucher and order from the menu; the Troll's menu offers more choices than the prepaid voucher.

In addition to Troll's, there are many other restaurants in easy walking distance like the Boathouse which offers an excellent brunch menu on certain days. There is the Flour Pastry shop right across the street. There is Subway which does sandwiches, Blenz coffee shop and Starbucks that sell breakfast sandwiches, Seaside Village Organic Cappuccino shop which offers organic coffee, tea, juice and muffins.

What transport is available to get around?

There is an excellent public transportation (bus) to/from the city of Vancouver with excellent connections to/from Vancouver International Airport as well as to North Vancouver and other parts of Metro Vancouver. Adult fares range from $2.50 to $5.00 one way depending on the distance travelled. Bus service to/from Horseshoe Bay commences on weekdays at 5:35am from Vancouver and at 6:03am from Horseshoe Bay. Buses run at least every 30 minutes with more frequent services at certain times each day. There is also a Greyhound bus which offers daily service to Whistler.

1. Close to Cypress Mountain and Grouse Mountain. (ski, snowboard, snow shoe plus summer activities like hiking, bear conservation, outstanding scenery)
2. Only 45 minutes from the city of Vancouver by bus or 35 minutes by car
3. Sewell's marina in Horseshoe Bay (fishing, boat rental, sea safaris)
4. Horseshoe Bay is BC’s ferry gateway to Vancouver Island, Bowen Island and Sunshine Coast
