What are your breakfast options?: We have a complimentary breakfast buffet every day of the week that includes both hot and cold items. It is from 6:30am - 9:30am Monday - Friday and from 7:00am - 10:00am on the weekends.
What transport is available to get around?: We use Go Airport Express as our shuttle service to and from the airport. They have a special discounted rate for our customers. In addition, we are one block from the red el line (our subway) which will take you around downtown area and also connects to the different lines to get to our two major airports. In addition, we are on or near numerous bus lines that will take you to the museums, Millennium Park, Grant Park, Willis Tower, John Hancock, the loop and more. We are located 1 mile from Union Station which is where Amtrak is located.
What can I do nearby?: Our hotel is located in the heart of the River North area of Chicago and within walking distance to 200 restaurants, lounges, and bars. We are located one block off Michigan Avenue. We are six blocks (and located on the free trolley route) for Navy Pier which is an entertainment complex that includes restaurants, rides, boat cruises, and much more. We are a short bus ride to all of Chicago's amazing museums and are within walking distance to Lake Michigan and the Chicago River.
Do you have internet?: We have complimentary wireless internet in all of our guests’ suites.
Do you provide parking?: We do have parking available at our property. It is valet and is $42 a day with in and out privileges.
