This was so nice to stay at. Nice fluffly towels, soft bed. I was nothing more than pleased with my stay there.

Pool very good for kids (shallow) , very clean and has long hours. Hot breakfast as advertised ends at 9AM on weekdays and holidays. OK for business travelers but hard on families with little kids especially holidays. Excellent facilities overall. Pool and spa very nice. Also the computer / printer and fax was available to all guests 24 hrs. Rooms big and well fitted out. Ours had two TVS , microwave, full size fridge and stove. All these and bathroom very clean. Dishes and cooking items are in the room so just bring your food. There is a convenience store but it is very small and pricey with limited selections, so bring your own stuff. On the minus side, we were not told at the time of reservation that our room was a smoking room. We were told there were no other rooms left but this one, which may or may not have been true. Last, the hot breakfast as advertised only goes until 9AM on weekdays and holidays so if you have kids to get ready before you eat this may be a problem. Overall a good hotel but you will have to be ready to hold them to the room and pricing as advertised.

Hotel was great for a family with kids. Loved the pool, space in the room for kids, and cooking our own waffles for breakfast. Only negative was that the low price attracted visiting high school sports teams that were a bit noisy while trying to put the kids to bed! Close to Craker Barrel, Target, Krispy Kreme, Wendy's....

The Homewood Suites by Hilton/Rochester located in Henrietta, NY is close enough to shopping in the mall, eating out right across the street where a Cracker Barrel Restaurant is located, and traveling to SUNY Geneseo is a short amount of time. The breakfast that is included with our suite is the children's favorite part - they can make their own waffles and pick from a very big variety of foods and drinks. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and we don't worry about what we need to bring (or what we forgot)on our trips because most of it is readily available: coffee pot, refrigerator, iron, two TVs in separate rooms, very friendly staff. We enjoy our visit every time and recommend to family and friends whenever we share our stories of favorite trips.

Hotel room was clean and nice. Pool was open until midnight with an adult swim after 10pm which was pleasant. But not strictly enforced. No ice machine on any floor and the freezer didn't make ice fast enough.

I have been to the Rochester area with my family four times. This is the first time I stayed at this hotel. I found the rooms very clean and the staff was very friendly. They were very accommodating. My son attends R.I.T. and the staff said he was welcome to stay with us in our room. He was also allowed to join us for the complimentary breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
