Great location near the fantastic outdoor Gateway mall. Near major attractions like Template Square. Spacious, clean rooms. Accommodating staff at hotel.

This hotel was grossly overpriced. The room smelled like a sewer and the hotel staff said it was because of the construction. I would avoid this hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel. I was amazed at the deal - a large spacious room, with kitchen, a couch, at an incredible rate - $89.00. The free breakfast was very healthy as well, not your typical cereal and toast. It was quiet, restful, and I would definitely stay their again at that pricing!

This is a relatively new hotel. There were two issues that tainted the trip. The homeless out front, and the noise.

Homewood Suites downtown Salt Lake City, is in walking distance of the Salt Palace convention hall. . Good service from all employees. Comfortable room. Will stay there again when I have business in town. Easy access from highway 80.

Homewood had the most incredible rooms i have seen for a hotel in this price range. The breakfast was excellent.
