We were immediately greeted by an extremely friendly employee at the front desk who in just a few minutes had our keys to us. It was one of the smoothest check-ins I've experienced. The room was very clean and convenient with a seperate living area with a full kitchen. The hotel even provided a warm meal in the evenings and a warm breakfast each morning. We definitly will be making this our hotel choice on future visits.

Feather pillows, comfortable bed, tea and coffee with popcorn. There's nothing to dislike. Maybe the air conditioner noise. Very clean and attractive. The beds have feather pillows and are very comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Great staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel because of the kitchenette and they allowed pets. They were remodeling during my stay and other than seeing the walls get stripped of wallpaper and then new hung; I'd have never known. The crews working there were very nice and pleasant. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were good. The only compliant I had over the place was safety. The side entrance was missing it's key card entry unit and anyone could come and go at any hour. I ripped my hand up on the exposed metal when checking in. My finger swelled up and I ended up having to cut a ring off my finger as a result. The staff made up for it. The manager's meals and breakfasts were tasty and fresh with options. It was nice not having to cook unless I wanted or go out to find a meal. A disappointment that the room rates stayed the same, but I lost services on the weekend. Get the door fixed and I'd happily stay here again. My dog got first class treatment from all the staff. It's really nice to find a nice hotel that opens it's doors to pets. Well worth the 50 pet fee for his stay.

The Homewood Suites Durham/Chapel Hill is clean, modern and has a friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable, but the air conditioning is noisy and blows cold air directly on the bed. We seemed to have a choice between sweltering or sleeping with the sheet over our heads. I wanted to like this place; everything else was very nice. Unfortunately, it wasn't a restful night. I would not go back.

Clean, safe, quiet, and convenient. Had a large carpet stain in our hallway. I have already recommended it and Priceline; I like having a Hilton brand on the property for it assured me of a good level of accommodation - I had moved us from a 5 star here to save $ and we were both glad we did!

Easy drive from Raleigh-Durham Airport. Room clean, bed comfortable. Enjoyed the "suite" experience with TV in both living and bedrooms. Had apartment size refrigerator with icemaker.

Excellent all the way around. We were in town because our son was a patient at UNC Chapel Hill & had surgery. I couldn't believe the van service to & from the hospital. Everything was perfect & made the stay stress free. Breakfast in the morning, happy hour/food in the evening, van service. It was my first stay but will not be the last. I've already told my family where we'll be staying from now on!!

The suites were large and convenient. Homewood Suites was a great hotel, located conveniently off 15/501. This was an excellent place to stay and recommended for anybody who needed to travel to the Chapel Hill/Durham area!

Location and design functionality. Check-In, Thermostat not working, Renovation construction on Sunday morning! Stale dough nuts at breakfast. To the frustration and bewilderment of a number of guests who attempted to check-in between we were made to wait in the lobby until exactly 3:00 when magically all rooms were ready for occupancy. The clerk could have cared less that one party had to leave or risk being late for an event. Her main concern was "Hotel check-in is 3:00 PM, that's when your room will be available.

Spacious and predictably comfortable and reliable. Great value. One of these extended stay hotels for business travelers with a kitchenette that is very comfortable and spacious.

The staff, the food, the friendly atmosphere, comfy bed, 2 Plasma TV. Location, the air conditioner is slightly annoying. I loved this hotel! Free coffee anytime, breakfast everyday and free dinners 4 times a week and the food was actually great! The staffs are amazingly friendly and goes far to make sure you are happy, the cleaning staff do start pretty early though (9 AM and they were cleaning.) The only thing that bothered me was the AC unit was quite noisy in my room, it would come on every few minutes and it was slightly annoying. AlsoI would say the location is pretty nice (restaurant and home-depot next to it, if that's your thing), but for UNC hospitals where I was going, it wasn't that convenient. Overall great, will definitely stay again if am in the area.

Breakfast was nice. Hours for breakfast too short. Nice but still is being renovated. Breakfast is geared to business people not leisure vistors.
