We visited this hotel for the AAHF in Baltimore @ Camden yards. This hotel was only a short drive to the Harbor! The check in staff was very polite & offered a quick check in. I did not get a non-smoking room as requested. But the room was immaculately clean and housekeeping came daily to tidy up and replace towels. The bed was one of the most comfortable I'd ever slept in a hotel! Although the full breakfast was good in wasn't much to choose from on the weekend. Where were the waffles? The hotel also need additional staff on hand in the morning to handle the breakfast crowd. No one came to clean the eating areas & at times the food bins were empty.

The size of my suite was wonderful. Better than I expected. Only that they were under construction, however construction means new atmosphere. I enjoyed my two day stay at this hotel. The room was very nice. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The money spent was well worth it.

The original plan was for one night, but after getting to the hotel and seeing the room and the level of customer service decided to add another night. Room was clean and spacious as was the lobby. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I came back to the front desk asking question several time and each time was give a helpful answer. The pool was the best. Not only was it an indoor pool but heated to a perfect temperature. Breakfast in the morning was very good and had good choices. Even the staff at the breakfast was courtesy and nice. Anytime we walked past a staff member (whether it was the housekeeping, front desk, etc) we were always greeted with a smile and a hello. I would definitely come back to this hotel and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Staff were very helpful and friendly...lovely looking rooms, we were placed next door to the elevator, noisy thoughout the night. Nice breakfast was redeeming.

I was in need of hotel rooms for my visiting family. They had a wonderful ?at home? experience at the Homewood Suites in Linthicum. The staff was more then stellar. Every need was met. The breakfast was wonderful and a manager attended each and every meal. The pool in the middle of winter, wow! The shuttle driver was very accommodating. Front Desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had a welcome gift for everyone in the room. I will always recommend this hotel and Hilton after this great experience.

I really enjoyed the hotel and appreciate the service orientation of the front desk staff. The food choices were limited and the continental breakfast was MINIMAL. The cleaning staff on several occassions invaded my privacy and once failed to knock. I learned about the privacy sign the HARD way.

The Homewood suites offered a very family oriented environment during my stay. I enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning, the friendliness of the staff and the lifeguard being at the pool. This is a great asset to have for guests who have children!

When we got there, there were only smoking rooms available. They offered to change us the next day after checkouts, but the hotel room was nice and didn't have the offending odor we expected. They offered to come up and deodorize the room if unsatisfactory - we declined and actually chose to stay in that suite the whole time. The complimentary breakfast was good, and they have complimentary "comfort meals" in the evening Mon-Thurs, but we missed those due to activitiy. Every evening there were cookies at the desk! We chose to stay by the airport because we had heard that there were several areas of Baltimore that weren't tourist friendly. We felt very safe here, and we were only about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Even though we could tell the hotel was full, it was quiet in our room. Over the weekend, there were many children's sports teams there, so we avoided the pool and the common areas. The staff was uniformly very pleasant and helpful. It was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time.

Everything was great at the hotel, the lady that was at the desk on Saturday evening was Great. The sink have dripping water all night. The bed really did not look like it was made up, but I am not sure. But baically it was a nice hotel. I was glad to see beautiful curtain and the comforter. That was nice.

Location: It's very close to the airport, and it's only 8 miles (10-15 minutes) to inner harbor. It's worth the drive to save some $$. Complimentary breakfast: Not much selection, but enough to tide you over until lunch. Room: It was very clean. The bedroom had it's own flat-screen tv. My only complaint is that the comforter was thin and almost felt like plastic. Pool/jacuzzi: Good hours and clean. Overall, it was worth the $$. I'd stay again.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. i was actually surprised at how big my room was. I found the staff to be very pleasant as i don't think i passed one without them greeting me in some way. Only minutes from BWI airport and located right near ramps to interstate. i would recommend this hotel and will definately stay here when i'm in that area again.

We checked in easily in the evening. The suite was spacious and clean. We used the indoor pool which was heated and had a life guard. We enjoyed popcorn in the room. In the morning, there was some noise in the hall way by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was great with many choices including scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. The business center was a small room with one computer, but no one was there in the AM when we went so it was fine. The desk staff provided requested directions easily. Overall - it was a very good stay and worth the price. We would go back again!

"When I arrived I was told that the hotel was overbooked and that the suite I had reserved was unavailable. No explanation was given to me as to why the hotel was overbooked. The manager offered to try to locate another hotel for me, but this was not an option. I ended up having to take 2 smaller rooms, on different floors. I was given a small price break, but it in no way compensated my party for the aggravation and lesser suite than was promised."

"I made a reservation and paid for two rooms on Hilton on line. However, when I checked out, they charged me for the rooms again, and still trying to get my money back. The localhotel refuse to give credit. "

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and staff constantly stocked breakfast items. I would definitely visit again.
