The Homewood Suites was conviently located right off I 20 in Augusta. Our room and suite were a comfortable size and we had our lap top hooked up in no time. The suite had a table and couch and TV and the kitchen had everything to cook with if needed. Also had a full size refridgerator. The desks clerks were so friendly and let us check in early and made sure we knew about the complimentary supper with wine in front of the fire place. That was a bonus for us for we were tired from traveling and didnt have to go out to eat. I love the Hilton family beds and spreads that make you sleep so peaceful like in the clouds. Our next day started with their complimentary hot breakfast bar. Everything was so comfortable that we forgot about the highway construction going on outside.

The staff went out of their way to find a non-smoking room. Great rooms. Great amenities. Great idea to provide Masters shuttle.

The hotel is just off Washington Road and very convenient to many restaurants and the interstate. It is a very quiet area. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They have free internet service. In the evenings they have a different selection of snacks which are pretty good (wings one night, BBQ another, etc.). The rooms are clean and well maintained. Lots of room to spread out and get work done or just relax.

customer service the worst i have ever seen and i have been all over the world.the night staff knows nothing about customer service and needs serious restaffing.
