Excellent breakfast buffet, serve dinner for free also. Good experience using the fitness room. However was assigned a smoking room, non-smoking not available at check-in.

Everything. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a little noisy. I would highly recommend this hotel! Clean, comfortable, convenient and great staff it was a great experience. One of the best stays we have ever had.

We checked into our hotel late in the afternoon only to find that the toilet in the room did not work. We were informed that there were no other rooms to be had and that they would try to find a maintenance person to look at it. At 10:30 P.M. they finally said that no one was available and that they would look at it the NEXT Day. Total indifference from the staff. With the cost of the room being what it is you would expect that at least there would be a working bathroom.

Excellent room facilities for extended stay. Did not like quilt on bed or pillows, need to upgrade. Excellent facility for extended stay in area. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, table and plenty of room. Housekeeping services are handy, in-house breakfast and limited dinner included with stay. Tasty and appropriate for extended stay. Enjoyable movie night and easy parking available. I will certainly plan to stay again.

I have returned to this Homewood Suites several times. The staff is what brings me back. They know the concept of customer service. The rooms are immaculate, also.
