Homestead Louisville is located in Louisville, Kentucky, at I-64 and Blankenbaker Lane in the Bluegrass Industrial Park and Blankenbaker Crossings. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, weekly manager*s reception, outdoor pool, exercise room, and coin-operated laundry. The convenient location is just 15 minutes to downtown, the airport, and world famous Churchill Downs, Home of the Kentucky Derby. Each suite has a kitchen, living area, two-line telephone with a dataport and voicemail, and a work area with two ergonomic chairs. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Excellent property and customer service! The floor plan was awesome and the staff exceptional. My experience at the hotel was excellent and I will tell everyone the speaks of travel about it.

The extended stay features, stove, fridge, etc. Bed not quite as comfortable.

The hotel was fine. However the employee had very long fingernails that I found very unprofessional. An employee grooming policy is greatly needed.

The room was very clean and well-suited for our needs. The only slight disappointment was a slight odor as we entered the hallway from the outside entrance.

Size and comfort of the room. Price of sodas in vending machines. Was not expecting the size and amenities in the room. The staff was very nice and kid friendly. I have already been making plans for the next visit.

Good location. Horrible cleanliness, poor room inspection before letting the guests in, breakfast menu was the most horrible. Housekeeping is poor, they do not clean the kitchen or dust the furniture, horrible cleanliness! Breakfast was bad! Just some hard donuts, coffee and butter, that's it and very noisy neighbors, found pot (drugs) in a presumed cleaned room, smell of cigars filled the room in a no smoking room, with a smoke detector present. I had to change the room because of all this!

The kitchen. The first room stunk. The first room we checked into stunk and after carrying our bags up and calling down to the desk the guy had nerve to say if you come back down here I will switch your room. Like I wanted to drag all our luggage back down stairs to come back up to a 3rd floor room. Also, the elevator door did not work.

Very nice and comfortable. Well worth the money. Somewhat hidden from general viewing. A very nice place to stay for a short or extended stay. Very accommodating for the business traveler or someone with a family. Close to a major highway and to the heart of the city.

Clean room, clean coffee bar. Quiet! Broken elevator door, bad for handicapped people on 3rd floor. Great location and easy to access from different locales in the Louisville area. Staff was accommodating. Elevator door did not work properly and was somewhat difficult to get to my 3rd floor room. Overall, it was a meaningful and restful stay - solid recommendation.

The staff are friendly, the facilities clean and comfortable. The internet connection was very unstable at times. Homestead is part of an excellent chain that grants lower-income travelers a solid room at a great rate. I have never had any serious complaints about their facilities and their staff is second-to-none.

The area employees, close proximity to home buffet. Nothing - carpet could have been vacuumed better. My husband and I were anxious to stay in a hotel that we did not personally choose but we were very pleased and surprised at the quality of the hotel, the close proximity of restaurants and the friendliness of the staff. We had absolutely no problems with our room. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Gas and utensil facility was very good. Really we need a two bed room but it's not available. So we, two adults and two children, had to sleep with one bad. Very uncomfortable! Location and facility was good but receptionist's attitude to resolve the claim by customer was not satisfy-able.

Excellent service staff. Older hotel - didn't really dislike. Older hotel but well staffed, breakfast, 24hr good coffee. Decent suites, not just a room. Fridge, large TV, Breakfast/work area in room. Simple to access wireless speedy service, small one time fee for whole stay regardless of long.

Home away from home, had fridge, microwave, stove, etc. Nothing. Extended stay hotel, good for weekend stays for ballgames etc. Just off I64 easy access.

Staff was very friendly. I got the handicap room, and had no chance to change the room. The location is great but I didn't want to have the handicap room. Because the bathroom and the kitchen are not good-fit to use. And they don't let me change it!

Nothing. Everything. I would not recommend this hotel to any one there staff is very disrespectful.
