Didn't expect to have no cleaning service over a 4 day stay. Had to take dirty linen to front desk, count pieces and bag to get clean linen. Just wished I had known. Staff were polite, however. Location and price were the positive points. Noisy guests came in at 3 a.m.one night. I would have liked the ability to have run the fan to drown out noises. The off and on air conditioning woke me up every night.

Checking out! A all around bad experience. Needs a new property manager. Room need to fixed by maintenance. In a general sense of view, this hotel ranks 25% out of 100% to me. I know not to expect everything to be right all the time especially when you dealing with a 1 star hotel. There is no inside top lock on your door then you say, Just the beginning of a terrible three time stay. Never again!

The most important thing to know is that this is a motel -- the doors open to the outside and it is only two levels. It is an "extended stay" motel so there is no housekeeping service unless you pay an extra fee. My room was very small, not a suite. The bed was terrible, like a rock! The dishes in the kitchenette were minimal (one coffee cup!) and dirty. No dishwasher. No amenities like travel size shampoo. The man at the front desk had his shirt untucked and unbuttoned. The rate was good for the area, but I have gotten better rates at much better hotels (like the Westin Tysons Corner -- fabulous!).

First, the good: The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bed and other furniture was comfortable. The kitchenette appliances all worked well. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with thick towels. The TV worked well, though the batteries in the remote control needed replacing, which I took care of with some I had on hand. Check-in staff were very courteous and accommodating. They made a call to the room shortly after check-in to assure satisfaction. They promptly honored a request for extra pillows. Location was good -- close enough to virtually any merchant you could ask for, and a short drive to MetroRail, where we could board a train to downtown Washington, D.C. for sightseeing. The bad: noisy neighbors on the second of our two-night stay, despite two calls to the front desk. They were noisy at bedtime, at 4:30 a.m., and again at 7 a.m. when we were trying to make up for lost sleep overnight. The staff member that took our complaint seemed ambivalent at best.

Nothing likeable. Room smells horrible and utensils not clean. Poor housekeeping.

It was neat and clean. Parking. The rooms were big and comfortable.

Good location. A little worn around the edges. Almost the first thing I noticed was that the coffee pot had not been cleaned or even emptied, and had a mold growing in the bottom of it. After that inauspicious start, I actually had a pretty good stay. Lady at the front desk was particularly pleasant and cheerful. I liked the kitchenette a lot, although I would have liked it even more if it included a toaster.

The location, the little kitchenette. Nothing. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

It was cost effective. The room had lots of bugs. The room had lots of dead bugs.

TVchannels. Hotel rooms were inviting and clean. Extra space for no extra money. I will definitely look at this chain in the future.

Nice, clean, safe, free parking. No amenities. The hotel was in a good part of town. Free parking was nice. Room was small. I realize it was an extended stay, but there were no frills. No cont. breakfast, staff was friendly but didn't go the extra mile. About a 15 minute drive from Arlington. Got on the train from there and went around the rest of D.C. Worked out nice.

Close to highway with kitchenette, Wi-Fi and grills. It was perfect. No private balcony. Excellent efficiency room - I Loved it, clean professional staff.

The location was ideal for what I needed. Also, the area seemed safe. The rooms were dirty, spider in the bed under sheets, patches of dirt on carpet. Good thing I was still awake enough to read before I signed. The room was spacious but dirty. Linens were clean but there was still a spider in the bed as soon as I turned the sheets back. The bathtub drained very slowly so you're basically standing in your own filth until you get out. The floor was only cleaned in spots and there were very obvious patches of carpet that looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum since the hotel opened.

The location. Everything. It started out horrible my room was never cleaned from the last guests. I can't believe they didn't even bother to check it out just gave me the keys. Then I had to wait, the room they gave me was crappy, right next to the outside gathering area so I couldn't get any sleep at night with people partying. I had to wait 25 minutes outside to check out. No one ever addressed the fact that the first room they put me in was in deed dirty.

Have kitchen you can cook, BBQ area and all the cookware. Some workers gather in the BBQ area and stay they were very loud. This hotel/Motel is recommended for a long stay Business traveler; I don't think its good for any thing else.

The Hotel was more than my expectation. The smell inside the bedroom was not good, Some kind of smoke smell. The Hotel & location was excellent and the office workers were very nice. I just didn't like the smell inside the bedroom...Everything else was pretty good.

Easy/close access to the Metrorail Station. Smell of room, smelled like onions. This was my first trip to the DC area. I had a pleasant experience with this hotel and would recommend this hotel to others. It was comfortable, clean, and was easy to find. If I return to this area, I will probably stay at this hotel again.

The location was excellent, and it was surprisingly quiet. Not enough parking spaces. Even though this was more like a motel, the noise level was such that I over-slept in the morning because I couldn't hear any activity outside. The room decor was of good quality and tasteful. Everything was extremely clean. The staff was on top of everything. There is a Starbucks convenience store, and gas stations within walking distance, and the freeway is right around the corner. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances. Just bring your clothes and what you will cook for breakfast, and you are good-to-go. Parking is tight, so you will want to get there early (if you can) to get a spot near your room.

Nothing. Poor quality. What a dump! I want my money back!

Hotel location and parking directly in front of the room. Bugs in the bed and on the floor. Odor in the room that did not go away. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in 25 years. It was as bad as the dingiest hotels I have ever stayed at. I would never stay here again even if you paid me to stay here.
