This place was great. Everything I needed and got a good nights sleep. Very clean and I'd stay again over big chain hotels that charge more.

Nothing. Everything, didn't even stay after seeing how the room was. The bathroom was outdated and dirty looking. I didn't stay one night after checking in and seeing what I was provided and was disgusted.

This is a suite hotel in a quiet area just off I-25. There are fast food restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The room was clean and there were no smells of any kind. There's a breakfast bar, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, two-burner stove, coffee maker, pots, pans, and a two-person setting of utensils and plates. There's a closet with hangers, a three-drawer dresser, ironing board, iron, and TV. The staff was responsive and fast when I asked for a lightbulb (one of the bedside reading lamps bulbs was burned out). The bed was clean and comfortable. There was even a large upholstered chair and a footstool in the room. I used the breakfast bar for my computer and as a work area. There were plenty of outlets within easy reach. Maid service is about once a week, more often if you request it. Once you've used the initial coffee and tea packs, you need to request more (free) at the front desk. Faxes are free; I faxed my boarding passes to the front desk and picked them up on my way out. Free wireless internet service is available, although I have my own modem and didn't try the hotel's connection.

As the advertisement says, it is geared toward longer stays. It was clean and adequate, but not a place we would visit again. No shampoo in the room.

Torn furniture, light switch that shocks you and unavailable customer service.

If you like hairy, stained towels and sheets, then this place is for you! If you like filthy floors, walls and windows, then book now! DISGUSTING!!! The location of this hotel is its only good feature. It is right next to a light-rail station.

The Homestead Denver Tech Center was a nice place to stay for the price I paid. The rooms were comfortable and clean however not too spacious. The location of the hotel was fairly easy to get to and it was not too far from the attractions Denver has to offer. The staff that I dealt with at check in could have been a little more friendly to make my arrival after a long trip a bit more pleasent. Overall though, I would say that it was a nice place to stay and I would not mind going back for a second visit.

The mold in the bathtub! The musty smell that permeated the room. Dirty, smelly, and poor service due to attendant with an attitude.

Rooms are old & dated but relatively clean, quiet & safe.. Four different rooms were rserved for 2 day business trip. 2 rooms OK but 2 rooms were below travelers' standards. Hotel caters to resident guests and permits dogs and cats so watch your step. Lacked many utencils and shampoo, etc. but large kitchen area and full fridge. Can't beat the price for DTC area but may want to travel farther south for better rooms at comparable prices.

This hotel was reasonably priced but the bathroom was totally dirty. The TV did not work. Otherwise it was okay.

Simple yet had everything I needed, with kitchen etc. Could have a better bed. I liked it. For the price I was very pleased. Location was good. Clean.

The Homestead hotel was good for the price, close distance ot everything I needed to see and my friends. The bed was comfortable. I didnt spend much time in the room except to sleep and shower, I spent the mojority of my time visiting friends. I didnt know that the front desk closed and when i had to check out at 3:30 am so I ccould get to the airport by 4am becuse my flight left at 6am

The staff tried to help. The rooms were completely filthy. From the time I arrived at the hotel it was a nightmare. I had to switch rooms three times in the first night. First room was never cleaned, second room was full of flying ants, third room had drunk teenagers in front of my window that were cursing and had obnoxious. .

The staff was very unfriendly.I had to change roomplyus 3 times. The first time they could not get the key to work at the room. The second room was not clean and the sink was stopped up with who knows what. Which tells me they never checked the room before trying to book it. I could have overlooked this if the staff would have at least apologized or tried to make things right. They simply did not care. I will never stay at that hotel again or any hotel afflicated with them.

It was the most unclean hotel Ive ever slept in. The cleanliness was no where to be found. The sheets had not been changed! In short, this was the most unclean hotel Ive ever stayed in (28 years worth of travel). The AC did not work-not even the fan. The bathtub was dirty along with the sink. The sheets had not been changed and had stains on them. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arrived at 10:30 pm and checked in. The young woman at the front desk was very nice. Upon entering the non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I noticed the floor didn't look like it was vacuumed. There was trash under the desk, cleaning solution on the dresser, no hand towels or wash clothes. Called the front desk and was told they didn't have any hand towels or wash clothes because their order was backordered. Although she did offer to put us in another room, the only room available was smoking. I did not trust that the linens were clean, although they looked clean (there was a cigarette burn in the blanket). Decided I didn't want to stay here.

The night staff was extremely resourceful under stressful situation. Ground floor room request for late arrival was given away. Phoned hotel at 2 pm to request ground floor (we have handicap plates) which was available at that time. When we arrived at 11:15 p.m., only had 2nd floor room available. Night staff very resourceful and 45 minutes later we were in their model room on ground floor.

I only stayed one night but found my experience from check-in to check-out to all go without a hitch. I would not have a problem staying there again or longer the next time. My room was clean, it had all the basics I needed to be comfortable.

Quiet, comfortable, the staff is very nice. I stay often and will continue in doing so.
