This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 10 miles from downtown Tampa and 16 miles from the Tampa International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, One dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Convenient location for food/shopping, windows that actually open for fresh air, only negatives were no ashtrays in smoking room, and the beds were too firm for my taste.

My daughter and I needed a place to stay until she finished school. This hotel was very conveniently located near the Brandon Town Center I-75. The room was very filthy, dishes were dirty, refrigerator hadn't been cleaned, and the bathroom was totally nasty. I cleaned my own room the first night and did not have housekeeping because I didn't want to have to go back over where they were supposed to clean. The guest services representative offered to move me, but I was hesitant because I envisioned having to clean another room. The manager called me to discuss my comments and seemed upset with me because I didn't ask to talk with him. I told him that the quality of the room was not worth the money I was spending, but again he was more concerned that I didn't talk directly to him. There's so much more I could write, but I am out of time. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

the room wasnt bad.. slightly smaller than I thought.. but just about right size for two people. Had the vanity area been separate from the bathroom & shower, it would've been perfect!! The mini kitchen came to rescue for those starving moments you dont have time to go out and eat. I'd definately stay there again.

They charge $5 for internet usage. Hotel is fine for the price but it is ridiculous that they charge $5 for internet usage.

The complete experience was great. Since my visit to Tampa was for business purposes the hotel provided exactly what I needed: clean room, nice staff (my pal Duanne), great location (quiet, secure) and internet access. Although there are cheaper hotels in the area I prefer to pay a little more and stay here and not worry about having any problems. Also having a kitchen in the room saves a lot of money.

"This place was awful. Location was good. However, staff was incompetent and the room was disgusting. This hotel, although not expensive, wasn't cheap but this motel really, really was cheap. Only reason I didn't try to check out early was because I had a pet and it was too hard to find a place that took pets."

"Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Located close to businesses and freeway, but tucked in a quiet location. Free wifi internet access and good kitchen facilities. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Mattress was old and sagging, but hopefully other rooms have good mattresses."

This hotel is only cleaned once a week. I had to switch rooms because the first room I was given was filthy- with hair everywhere. There is not business center, and the lobby is just big enough for you to walk up to the counter and check in. I didn't need the stove or kitchen area, because I was so miserable in the room, that I tried to avoid it as much as possible. The bottom of the doors are not covered - you would think they would be in florida, but instead I woke up to a lizard in my room, and a huge black spider, about half the size of my hand! I actually went to Walmart to purchase lysol and dish detergent. Not a good choice.

"We were bumped up to a bigger room because of over booking dbl bed rooms. Which was fine, there were a few problems with slow internet service. The rooms were clean and had a temperature control on the wall to control the a/c. There was a pond with ducks for the kids to feed. "

Friendly staff, good location. No VCR/DVD player. Very good location off the highway. Food places near and movie theater close. Good place to stay.

Easy access to room to unload luggage, groceries etc. Staff very helpful. No pool, continental breakfast or daily newspaper. Very pleasant. Extended original stay! Room clean, staff helpful and pleasant close to shopping center, malls, restaurants.

Friend staff and very clean. Location of room behind a stairwell, no view. Convenient location, close to malls, movie theatres and restaurants. Very clean and friendly staff. Would recommend for business travel and for black friday shopping!

Very lush landscaping, liked the stove top burners, coffee pot and toaster. The room was very austere; tile on bathroom floor was sticky. Under sink drain wrapped in rags. Conveniently located to shopping areas, I-4 and I-75. However, the police were ever present giving tickets near your hotel, big signs concerning fines for traffic violations. There were no newspapers in the area marked by the hotel on any of our 6-day stay.
