This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 15 miles from Safeco Field and 17 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports, personalized voicemail, irons with full-size ironing boards, and unlimited local calls for a 1 fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Maybe I should have checked it out better, but as soon as I saw the room I wanted to change hotels. Unfortunately once you check in, with Orbitz you are stuck... in my case, for five nights. This hotel is definitely for the budget long-term stay person who doesn't mind making their own beds or going down to the office to pick up packs of coffee. If you are a business traveler used to a norml hotel experience (maid service, restaurant, fitness center), this is not the place for you. And to call these rooms "suites" is a stretch - I've had much larger rooms than this "suite". It's basically a small hotel room with a kitchenette crammed in for good measure.

Bathroom was moldy, fridge had leftover food in it andbed waspoor. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in - it was rock hard. The fridge had leftover food in it from the previous stay. The bathroom shower curtain had black mold on it. Lastly, their was no daily room cleaning. I would never stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel just what we were looking for on our business trip. I never sleep in hotels and for the first time I actually slept the whole night thru. Great people, nice quiet neighborhood and clean rooms. Will stay again for sure.

Very clean and quiet. No access to a printer to print out travel arrangements. Great hotel, but I did have a problem with wanting to print out some information that the staff said they could help with but ended up apologizing that it wasn't possible to print. Other then that it was a wonderful stay and I will return in the future.

I stayed there for a day actually and was satisfied with the room cleanliness etc . The location was good and the price for that location was nice . Although didnt use the kitchen much but for people who have a lenghty stay , the kitchen facilities ( pans plates , ladels) etc will be of great help .

The neighborhood that is was located in was excellent! Pillows were really flat. Freindly staff, nice location and excellent for business travelers.

Great hotel for the business traveller or long-term stay guest with fully equipped kitchen & close to Intel & Microsoft campuses. Downtown Bellevue is 10 minutes by car.

Very clean and spacious. No restaurant or on site breakfast. Overall a pretty good establishment. Just wish it was a bit closer to Seattle and a restaurant couldn't hurt either.

Very nice kitchen space and extremely clean. The bed was very hard and there were no spare pillows or blankets. This is a nice hotel for the business traveler and was close to the wedding we were attending. It is not close to Seattle proper. While the room was very clean and much like a tiny apartment, the bed was almost impossible to sleep on. Bring your favorite pillow and warm blanket and this will be a great long term stay.

Friendly staff, clean surroundings, nice accommodation. Alittle distance from the main attraction of the city but is very much worth the commute due to the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I am very much satisfied with the room accommodation, complete with kitchenette and refrigerator. The added features are very much appreciated.

Clean, well appointed room, helpful staff, comfortable room. It was further from Downtown Seattle than I had planned. This is an excellent hotel for a long-term stay as a business traveler, especially if you need easy access to Microsoft. Downtown Seattle is about 25 km west on I-520.

I didn't. Hotel room not clean. No coffee. Iron did not work. This was a bad experience there was a towel from the guest before me still hanging on the curtain rod. I travel once a month and this was a horrible room for the money.

The kitchen. Friendly help. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. No pool. There was garbage on the walkways on the 2nd floor. Very thin walls. Had to request to be moved to another room as the family next door was as loud as if they were in the same room with us.

The hotel was very clean and the staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was somewhat difficult to find based on the address provided. Although, this hotel was modest, it was very pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here although I did have a little difficulty finding it at first.

The Kitchenette. It was very clean. Cost of movies. Hotel staff was pleasant. The room was clean. The walls were a little thin - we could hear the people in the room next to us.

Quiet. Location and no restaurants within walking distance. Great hotel if looking for a nice quiet stay. Not to far from the freeway, but awkward to find if you don't know the city. Room was clean and has lots of amenities for a long stay. Highly recommend for the business traveler or someone who is looking for a nice quiet get away.
