The room was clean, and the parking lot seemed safe. The hotel provided only one coffee packet per stay and had no extra blankets.

very basic. no padding under carpet. overpowering air freshener odor. No exercise room, no free internet, no continental breakfast.

Hotel was very clean, and had a nice kitchenette. Small room, with ultra thin pillows. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We got a nice and clean room! The kitchenette was fully stocked too! The hotel is not by other hotels, but in a nice quiet area close to downtown. We were shopping at the U Village and it was only a 15 minute drive!

The location is right off a shopping area, lots of options & safe. Dirty bed, no housekeeping, and no King sheets to even change ourselves. I've stayed at the hotel before and it was fine but I'm guessing not many people stay in the King rooms because the bed wasn't clean, there was no housekeeping staff to change it, and the linens we were given to change ourselves weren't the right size & they didn't have any in the right size. They also didn't have the WIFI pass code and couldn't get it while we were there.

Not crowded Room in poor shape Lights did not work. Remote battery dead. NOT well cleaned

It was inexpensive. Uncomfortable bed/pillows and wasnot very clean. I would prefer not to stay at this particular place again, as they obviously don't do anything except surface clean. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and there were no spare pillows or blankets.

I like these studio/apartment like rooms. The gutter was failing and all night long it sounded like a waterfall outside my door. Tucked away up the hill from Factoria's shops and restaurants in this peaceful setting is the Homestead. It shows some signs of age but is well kept and comfortable. I would return. The staff was very helpful.

Breanna, the hotel clerk, was very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel room smelled like fish oil when you first entered, even after numerous attempts to freshen the air. The hotel is very close to a little shopping area, which is convenient if you have a car, but otherwise climbing the hill back to the hotel is painful. The hotel is a bit hidden, but not too hard to find. The beds were very firm, and my room did smell like fish oil for some reason when you entered. There is no cleaning service for stays less than 5 nights, but you can buy room service for an additional charge. The room had everything you needed: fridge, microwave, range, dishes. It would have been nice to have a stove as well, but oh well. For the money, the hotel was worth it.

Location and convenience. A mini suite type hotel. Clean and comfortable. Bed was more than comfortable, basic amenities. Served the purpose. Wish that a morning paper was nearby. Had to drive to find one, minor issue. Would stay there again.

Convenient location, kitchenette, refrigerator andstove. Lack of cleanliness, no gym, or hotel amenities. My room was not as clean as I would have liked. There were some hairs in the bathroom, which grosses me out. Bed was not quite as comfortable as I prefer. Kitchenette was nice, but I didn't know about it in advance so didn't come prepared. There were not even paper cups in the room for someone who didn't bring their own. (So I could not even get a drink of water). Location was convenient and quiet.

Great service, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate needs. It was a great value, with helpful and accommodating staff, right off I-90 with many nearby restaurants and grocery stores. I would highly recommend it.

Quiet, safe location, rooms with kitchen/microwave. No daily room service.

The location is convenient to highway and shopping mall. The room is small and the kitchen area is old.

Quiet, comfortable room. Location if you do not have a vehicle. Clean, adequate facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location if you have a vehicle.

Great Staff - very helpful. Great Location & Helpful Staff.

it was close to Factoria Maul There was a bad odor in the room. The closet mirrored door off track and broken, non functioning The bed was adequate for sleeping but there was bad odor in the room, i.e. like someone that doesn't keep their home clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was just off I-90 but get a map. I would be extremely hard pressed to stay there again.
