This Homestead property is located approximately ten minutes from downtown Providence, 30 minutes from the South County beaches, and one hour from Boston. Hotel amenities include laundry facilities and dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, one dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Staff were excellent and so helpful and room was very nice. Overall a very nice place to stay - the guy who was the attendant whenI checked in was terrific and very helpful - he helped me with contacting a taxi in the morning and gave me other tips.

Everything is old and tired. The fridge and fan clunked and chugged all night long. The bathtub was so old and scratched that it looked dirty. There were no amenities provided. The worst continental breakfast. Will never return.

Good prices. Ants. The staff was great. The rooms were outdated and had a few small ants in the bath area. There are too many very good hotels in the area better and bigger. It wasn't that bad though.

The hemophiliac - friendly restrooms. Names. The windows beyond my bed reminded me of the kindred spirit of a boi I had once brought back to my den of lust, only to find he was slightly and unfortunately impotent.

Kitchen facilities and space. An Extended Stay facility that also excepts shorter stays. Full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils adequate for two people. Clean and quiet with nice facilities. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient at a reasonable price. The TV was old and had a fuzzy picture. This hotel was overall a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, roomy, and very satisfactory. The only real problem was watching Team USA basketball at the Olympics on the old fuzzy TV.

Very clean. Located in an industrial park. This was a nice clean hotel, friendly staff, you pay 5 dollars for internet access and connect smoothly. Close to the airport and shopping. If you are staying for business or with kids this is great cause it is a full suite with kitchen including fridge, cook top, microwave dishwasher and love the ice maker in the room so you don't have to go looking for ice in the lobby. Nice clean area for the continental breakfast. I would stay there again.

Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Great location, my daughter loved it! Everything was great. My daughter loved it, even though it did not have a pool, it had a hot tub and breakfast. The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back in the future!

Nothing. One of the worst hotels I ever almost stayed in. This location was so poor, I checked right out. First off, the front desk clerk was no where to be found when I arrived. I stood pacing at the front desk for over 10 minutes before she arrived talking to hear mother on the portable phone. The paperwork to check in was like the entrance to a prison. I tried to log onto the internet and was surprised that this low of a level hotel charged a fee, in cash. So I went out to pay the fee and again the clerk was gone. Again I waited about 8 minutes for her to show up. At that point I was disgusted and left.

The location was great - close to airport, shopping, food, highway and having the stove and refrigerator saved us a lot of money compared to eating out. My sister's car was broken into when visiting in broad daylight. The overall room was clean and comfortable, however, when my sister's car was broken into (glass shattered), they really could care less. They called the police and wrote up a report; however, it seemed more an inconvenience for them. It pretty much ruined my vacation after that because we couldn't go anywhere with the window broken and no one was available to fix it over the holiday weekend. The hotel staff told us, it wasn't their responsibility and basically avoided us the rest of the stay.

Great room; clean; many amenities; quiet. Plunger under sink with clean towels. We had an enjoyable stay; slept very well (I had worried the airport would create too much noise but not so). Convenient to restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff.

Low price. Hard to find. Best deal near TF Green Airport. Good mini-suites, helpful staff. But, get good directions to find it.

It was a quiet room. It needed an extra desk chair. This was a very nice, clean hotel room that was fairly sound proof. I think if it wasn't so close to the elevator where everyone is getting on & off it would have been better because I like the quietness.

Extended stay, Inns provide the extra amenities for extended stays. No pool/Jacuzzi. Excellent. Met every expectation.
