In-room kitchen facilities. Everything else. The hotel disappointed me. As a frequent business traveler and occasional traveler for pleasure, I have stayed in dozens of different hotels and my experience has shown that even among budget hotels most of them offer certain basic amenities: daily housekeeping, pool, network and cable television, refills when a toiletry item runs out, complementary breakfast, etc. In this hotel, the housekeeping is not included in the base cost, a person must pay $7/night for full service or $3/night for economy service. There was no pool, a fact which disappointed my son the most. There was no network television - evidently the hotel was unprepared for the changeover to digital. We ran out of tissue paper on the second day, and when I went to the front desk to get some the staff was friendly (one of the few pluses), but the staff couldn't find any tissue paper on-site. There was no continental breakfast, let alone full breakfast. All in all, the hotel lacked even the most basic of amenities. It deserves to be ranked as about a 1/2 star rather than a budget-to-mid grade type hotel.

The hotel was located in a good neighborhood close to shopping. The check-in process was good and the staff very helpful. All in all I would recommend this hotel for business travel at a lower cost.

They had a good work station for business travelers or like us internet surfers. It was very convenient. Also the large mirrors for visuals. The shower/bath drain was clogged and moving slowly. The water pressure was good and reliable. The Homestead Memphis - Poplar Ave in Memphis, TN was an excellent choice for my partner and I. We had a leisure trip to Memphis although they had areas where business work could be done inside the room. We paid a small fee for internet in our room and enjoyed it. It had an area for eating meals or sitting and enjoying coffee. I have never stayed at a hotel like this one and it was a great experience for my partner and me. Also the physical location was not directly downtown although it was a great neighborhood and pretty close to the areas of Memphis we wanted to be at.

This hotel is basic but clean. It is a good value for the money. The staff was courteous. The room was very clean including the bathroom. i will stay again.

This hotel was not very clean. There were not enought towels, no clean cups. It was just a place to sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was great for my location. The staff was very professional. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Great place to stay at for extended business stays.

Our room wasn't very clean. The air conditioner was extremely loud (didn't notice until we were trying to sleep). The employees at the front desk were not interested in helping customers.Unless you stay in this hotel for seven nights, they do NOT clean the room- including emptying trash/bringing fresh towels/making the bed...I stayed for three nights (family of three) . We ran out of towels quickly, the trash piled up...minor inconveniences. But on vacation, I like to NOT have to think about those things all the time. I guess I expected more than I should.

Arrival check in was fine. Found only two thin pillows in room. Night clerk had unsafe thug looking visitor hanging around desk all evening. Said she could not get additional pillows the first night. The day clerk found two pillows the second night in five minutes. Nice location with a nice Mexican restaurant next door.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was nice. It was located in a nice area and it was quiet. We checked in late at night and then left at checkout. We were even a little late checking out, but the hotel staff were accommodating. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location, easy access to major highway. Someone in our hotel cooked all the time, so there was food s mells all the time Good prices, nice location. Could use some updating, but overall was satisfied with the hotel.

Pet friendly and comfortable. I liked my stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.The first room we checked into had a.c. problems.The desk clerk quickly changed our room no questions asked.The pet walk out back was a big plus.The housekeeping lady was great!
