We needed to check out at 4:30 am and since there was not desk clerk I called a number to see what I had to do the the person on the phone was not friendly at all and when I asked how I would get a receipt for the stay she said that I could have one faxed and since I do not have a fax at home I did not get a receipt for my stay. Also there was supposed to be a night security person on duty but I could not find anyone yet the TV was on in the lounge area but NO sign of a human at all. I had to call a cab, let myself out of the hotel and hope that the door closed after I left. The person on the phone treated me like I did not matter to her and how dare I call at 4:00 am to ask my questions. On the positive side the day staff members went overboard to make my stay enjoyable the room was very good with fridge microwave coffee pot and a working dishwasher and stove so you could do meals in your room. We stayed 6 days and I cannot complain about the day staff at all. You have to take your towels to the front desk to get clean ones and they change bed linens every 6 days or on request if you ask. I would stay again except I did not like the 800 number person I called to seek informaiton I think I woke her up and she was real rude to me and all I was asking was for a receipt and how do I safely leave the hotel and the visible absence of a night watchman. Room location and appliances in the room all work flawlessly. No breakfast at all but the desk people gave guidance on good places to eat nearby.

The room and location were nice. Being a single personI could have enjoyed a breakfast and not a suite room.

The hotel front desk did take a good 20 mins to check in with a small line. I was not in a hurry but others were getting impatient. The rooms were OK- yoy could tell had some hard use because of extended stays

The room was very nice and clean. There were no options for eating on site. It is necessary to have a rental car while staying here to travel to resturants or grocery stores.

Clean, cheapandclose to event. Room next to the elevator. The hotel was nicer than expected. The room was clean. The best part was that the hotel wasn't in a low life area that most 2-3 star hotels are, I felt that my car and I were safe.

This hotel is very nice. Much better than expected. Hotel Staff Very Friendly.

Staff was nice but that is all I liked. The space in the room the amenities or the privacy and comfort. I believe it is meant only for business people notfor families.

Excellent. Friendly, accommodating, attractive and quiet.

Friendly, cozy place more than worth the price. No complaints. Friendly, cozy place more than worth the price.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The refrigerator has not worked for our last two visits, and the AC doesn't cool the bedroom. The staff at this hotel is stellar! The refrigerator in the room has needed work for our last two visits, and the air conditioning isn't very good. The room was uncomfortable to sleep in. Better for cooler months, perhaps. Anyway, the staff is the best we've ever met!

None. Dark areas, park areas are small, staff people don't clean the room to the second day. If you won't bad stances, go it!

Accessible, full kitchen, living room with fold-our couch. 2 TVs. Needed repairs. This Homestead Hotel is different from the others we've stayed in. Instead of a room, we got a one-bedroom apartment! We had to move furniture around in order to accommodate my wheelchair, however, but still possible. They do need to keep up on maintenance, however. Our coffee maker and one of the TV's wasn't working, and the towel rack was almost falling off. But, the staff was friendly, and we were given extra pillows on request, a new coffeemaker, assistance maneuvering the halls with my wheelchair (getting carts out of the way, doors etc.) This hotel is near ASU (and on a bus line), and I believes caters particularly to college students. It also has a community room with TV and tables, and a nice pool. I would be pleased to stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating. The walls in the room were visibly filthy. Nice place to stay and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The only true complain we had were the beds were not overly comfortable and the walls were extremely dirty with even footprints that hadn't been washed off (looked like someone lay on the bed and put their feet on the walls). There were also key issues and we had to have our key reprogrammed twice which was very inconvenient. We highly value staff however, and this place did have top-notch people.

Convenient location. Worst, hardest beds EVER. Good price, convenient location but you get what you pay for. The beds are rock hard and don't expect 5-star service. Overall, I'd stay again, but bring my own air mattress.

Staff was friendly. Never got clean towels. Location good, staff friendly and helpful. Beds never made, had to call down for clean towels. Room was quiet.

Comfort and convenient. Smoke smell in hallways but not room. Good location nice clean rooms.

Nice public areas. Compact, unclean, not designed for more than one person. Hotel not the greatest quality. Pool is unheated and the exercise room is unkempt. Hotel rooms are very tight, barely enough room for two people. Some places have just one bed. One whole floor smelled like smoke. Person on duty (jay) helped move us to non smoking room and proved very helpful. Close to I 10 and airport, but overall hotel quality was lacking.

It has a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. It is clean. It has a desk and two office chairs but no kitchen table and kitchen chairs. Clean, close to the airport, does not serve breakfast. Had micro, fridge & coffee maker in the room. Friendly staff.

Comfortable, good accommodation. 15th St is hard to find. I had a good experience at this place, very reasonable for a business traveler on a tight budget.
