This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately six miles from downtown Atlanta and 20 miles from the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, one dollar per stay unlimited local phone calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

The stay was good. The hotel had everything needed. We actually booked this room for a friend of my wife's. This review is from the wife's pov since she had to pick up the friend from the hotel. The room had everything the friend needed including dishes. Only bad thing is what that even though WE paid for the room, they would not give us any info. She had to get the room # from the friend.

the room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. i would definently stay again. when i booked, i went for price, i did not realize i got a kitchen with the room. it was great.

I was on business and at night time you could hear all the inviduals in the other rooms. In the mornings you could hear the show and water turning on from rooms around yours. Never slept on the 3 night stay due to this and I would never go back to tis location again.

I really have a great stay with this hotel everytime I am in Atlanta. This was my 3 rd vivt and I love staying at this establishment. I am planning another trip and would love to stay there again. It a home away from home .

Good price, and location. Clerk extremely rude, and caught athletes foot from bathroom.

Good value, safe location, Wifi for extra (total) for the whole stay, close access to Publix and many eating places including Einstien Bagels and Arbys. You need a car to get around from here to MARTA. Mostly in a harmless yuppie crowd. Friendly staff. Recommended for extend stays.

I have had very good experiences with Homestead properties in other cities and this is why I stayed at this hotel in Atlanta. I was somewhat dissapointed to find this particular property was not nearly as nice as all the other ones I've stay at. This property needs a lot of work to update it and get the "musty" smell out of the rooms. They could also replace the beds and paint and fix up the rooms in general.

Location. Check in office closed at 11 p.m. I arrived an hour after the office closed. A sign instructed late arrivals to use the nearby phone. The phone was out of order. I attempted to call the hotel with my cell phone and all I got was a continual recorded message which indicated someone would be coming on to assist me but that never happened. Two hours later after 3 calls to Priceline I was able to get into a room.

I had surgery on Jan 3rd and had to stay in Atlanta for a week. This was the perfect place for recovering. Clean, Convenient, Safe and colse to my doctor. It was the Perfect Stay! The Staff was friendly, and very helpful.

The Homestead Atlanta at Perimeter was located in a very nice atmosphere with wonderful surrondings. The only problem I had was they weren't able to provide the staff with any toothpaste and the rooms where not what i expected. The bathroom weren't too clean and the kitchen area didn't have any cups, bottled water, coffee, or anything.I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was practically in the kitchen area. However, the bed was very comfortable and clean

Convenient, clean and comfortable enough for what we needed it for which was a quick overnight stay on a 16 hr drive to Florida.

Out for a long weekend.Overall really liked the room and the location.The room was very clean, the room was better than I expected.Down side there was not an ironing board in the room and when finding out that the iron did not work we had to wait over an hour for a working iron.Would we stay again? Yes but this time I will be more prepared and bring a travel iron with me.We enjoyed it and will stay again.

The location of the hotel was convenient to everything in the area. And I guess for the price, it was alright. I just prefer to stay in a place that is not so run down. I would pay more for a newer and cleaner room.

Brightly lit rooms and common areas. Inadequate parking spaces near guest rooms. This extended-stay hotel appeared relatively modern, with basic appointments in guest rooms that are smaller and designed for the budget business traveler. The hotel's wireless internet access was very slow and spotty, and required a separate fee to use.

The Homestead ground were well kept, clean the check in staff were polite and friendly, there were plenty of brochures in the lobby outlining all of the fun things to do in Atlanta. The linens on our bed were slightly soiled,upon check-in a call was placed to the front desk to have them changed, the linens were promptly exchanged by courteous staff, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend anyone to stay there. We chose this lodging based on someone else's on line survey, so potential customers really do look into other's comments
