Homestead Indianapolis is an extended stay hotel with onsite laundry, free local calls and personalized voicemail. Each room includes a complete kitchen with cookware, dishes, and cutlery. High speed internet access is available for 3.99 per stay. Wireless adaptor is available with a 60 deposit and 1 per day fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

i stayed at the hotel and had to be moved from 205 because the room was un safe.then i moved to 207 the heat didnt work and there was trash still in the room from the last guest. i finally got moved to a okay room after all this while taking my stuff and my three children from one room to another. i will never stay there again.

The kitchen. No extras at all - no shampoo, conditioner etc. This hotel was OK, what we expected for a 2 star hotel. The hotel had a full kitchen- making it ideal for someone trying to save money by not dining out. There was one pan, and dishes for two people. No extras ie no shampoo, conditioner. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel arrangement is great...having the kitchen right in the room and the space is wonderful. I would recommend that the housekeeping staff come by atleast once a day to vacuum. By the 3rd day, when we left, our room was ready for a vacuum and wipe down on the bathroom. I believe that they need to staff their housekeeping alittle more to accommodate daily cleaning. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

Our closet door was falling off, the pool was closed, the staff was unfriendly (usually no one was around or outside smoking), there isn't even a continental breakfast and the room generally looks shabby. The noise from the refrigerator and air conditioner is horrible.

They shut off the water at 8am on Monday morning for work, 3 hrs before checkout time.

It was very near the interstate - easy access on and off. There was no one on the front desk at night so we did not have access to internet password, there was no shampoo, no sheets/blankets for foldout bed.

Excellent value for the money. Pool was closed. No ice available. Room was supposed to have ice maker in fridge. Was missing. The room was 100% fine. The hide-a-bed had sheets and blankets on it. Room arrangement was really good. It had a desk next to the kitchen for computer use. I was confused if I had to pay any extra fees but found I did not. The extra fees were for if you had a pet, and if you were staying more than one night. They do not have standard maid service for free so just be aware.

The convenience to freeway and amenities were excellent. NO television reception, telephone did not work, and no dishtowels. The hotel was conveniently located to freeways and there was no loss of places from which to choose to dine. When I attempted to contact the front desk to tell them of the television not working and no dish towels, I found the phone did not work - all static like a fax going through! Needless to say, I did not watch television, do my dishes or make any phone calls!

The suite was much nicer than anticipated and compares favorably with Residence Inn at lower cost. Internet was an extra-cost add-on at $5/day. I didn't need it, so it didn't matter on this trip. The Homestead far exceeded my expectations. The suite was large and very clean. The appliances were new and everything worked. The comfort of the furniture, especially the bed, was very good. I heard no noise from any of the adjoining rooms.

Clean rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. There was some noise from the nearby highway. A decent place to stay if you need a hotel suite with kitchenette. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Easy access from Interstate. Quiet. No wake up calls, worn furnishings, some maintenance issues. This hotel is located with easy access to 465 on the NW side of Indianapolis. There is a strip mall across the street that contains an excellent grocery store and restaurants. The service staff was misinformed. I asked if they offered wake up calls and was told yes. My wake up time was taken but I never received the call. The back-up clock radio did not function either (but that could have been my fault). Fortunately I woke up in time to make my meeting. The room, while a bit run down and having several plumbing issues, was clean and quiet. The key card access from the parking lot on the west side of the building also did not work.

All the conveniences I could ask for. The internet was out and was not free. Comfortable for our short weekend stay while visiting our daughter at college.

Full kitchen. Back hallway door didn't lock. Great hotel for a longer stay. Saves money by having a full kitchen. My room wasveryroomy. Huge desk/dining table was old and somewhat warped (sagging in middle). Overall it was a very pleasant room. TV had few channels and some were snowy. No DVD played (had been to another in this chain which had a DVD player but amuch smaller room). Some back hallway doors didn't lock and a food spill was evident throughout my 5 day stay (french fries scattered by the back door).

Look very nice on the outside, and the rooms were very clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Other than the mattress, this hotel was really nice. It was a good place to stay when trying to get to a destination. I wouldn't stay here long term.
