Homestead Phoenix North Metro is located approximately 12 miles from the Sky Harbor International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Business services include mail delivery, complimentary incoming fax, and copy and outgoing fax service for a small fee. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet are charged a minimum 75 pet fee upon check-in. All guestrooms have a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports, personalized voicemail, irons with full-size ironing boards, and unlimited local calls for a 1 fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

The First room they gave us had a broken A/C and it was incredibly HOT ! finally they changes my room ... but every time i had to go to the lobby it was closed and i had to call the emergency phone outside to be let in. That phone thing was probably the most annoying thing. Nonetheless, once we finally got to our room it was pretty good for the money we spent.

Kitchenette and the price. The Homestead was very nice and the location is excellent. The price I paid was unbeatable. The room was a million time nicer than the hotel room I got the previous night and was $20 cheaper.

This hotel was, buy far, the worst hotel room I have ever visited. The customer service was terrible. They booked us for a two bedroom suite, but had only single queen beds. The room was filthy, there were used wash rags from the previuos guests, no toiletries, and when I asked for an additional blanket so my travel companion and I could at least have our own blanket, it took 2 days! What a dissapointment. Look elsewhere.

when booked on cheaptickets I did specify non-smoking, however they booked me a smoking room which was disgusting and luckily for me they had another non-smoking room available. Also the hotel double charged me, but they did refund me only after I called a week later.

For the Price of 1400. we felt we should have had toilet paper and the bathroom at least cleaned on our ONE day of service. Price gouging is not a pleasant experience., and hotel was not sold out.

our stay was for 2 nights and we could have stayed a week, our room was clean, we had a full size regrigerator, microwave,2 burner cook top place setting for 2 with cooking utensil's. the area was easy to find and in close proximity to activities we had planned during our stay. were half way between a very nice golf course and the Arizona Cardinals stadium, with shopping within a short drive.

It's economical and nice. This hotel was very economical and I was scared that it would be uncomfortable, but my boyfriend and I were both very happy with it.

When we arrived, there were no hand towels, no washcloths, and no hand soap. There were about 3 hangers in the closet (for an extended stay hotel?). There were crumbs on the carpet. There was one packet of creamer in the coffee basket. These aren't big deals. However, about an hour after we went to bed, a couple in a nearby room had a screaming, door-pounding fight. We called the Front Desk, who said they'd send someone to check. No one checked, and no police were called. At about 1:30 a.m., the couple were at it again. We called the Front Desk, and the phone just rang and rang. We looked for a phone book to call the police, but there was only a Yellow Pages with no police/fire numbers. Someone must have called 911, because 4 police cars arrived a few minutes later. Believe it or not, neither the police nor the hotel employee removed the couple from the hotel. As of 10:30 a.m., when we checked out, they were finally being "removed". Since we booked through a pre-paid website, the manager refused to give us a refund, but did give us a certificate for a complementary night's stay. Happily, the certificate included all of the company's brands, because we sure won't be staying there again. Oh, and the lack of housekeeping supplies in the room was explained away as a late housekeeping shipment. Since the hotel wasn't full, maybe someone could have snagged some from other rooms. Did I mention the smallish rooms with worn furniture? No ice machine, and half-full ice cube trays?

Kitchenette. Room had not been cleaned completely. I moved a chair and their were dirt, lint, etc. This hotel is good for business and those on a budget.

The hotel was quiet and staff were helpful. No kitchen supplies, but they did find some for us. No ice machine. No vending machines so you do have to grocery shop. Would have enjoyed a pool. Cramped quarters did not look like the picture!

I checked in late, around 10pm. We got to the room, we notice crumbs on the counter, I cleaned it up, but I also notice the floor in the kitchen was not swept, so I called the front office to let the manager know about the room. The carpet was not vaccumed, the sofa sleeper had sheets on it, but it was used, so I checked the sheets on the bed, it also was not cleaned. I told the manager, he told me there is another room, but a smoking room, I told him I would checked out and it also was dirty and the smoke got to me. I end up checking out of that place. The manager told me there was nothing available within ten(10) miles. It was late and my family and I end up driving around to find a place to rest. My experience was bad.

Close to shops, restaurants and freeways. Could have been a little cleaner. Good location and freeway close. Nice and quiet.

Though we arrived very late (after 2AM), a security officer greeted us in the parking lot and notified the office person to assist us immediately. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the in-room kitchen and conveniently prepare meals. We were surprised there was sufficient room for cooking, eating and lounging, with a comfortable chair in addition to the breakfast nook, which seated two. Parking was abundant and it made use feel more secure knowing property security was monitoring the area.

The only thing I liked that the room had a full fridge. Mainly the hotel staff. I will never stay at this particular location again and my trip to phoenix was suppose to be fun.

"I've never stayed at a hotel at which I had to give them my license plate number. I had to go back out to get the number.There was also a lot of initialing and signing just to check in. The air conditioner wasn't working well, it kept flashing that it needed maintenance. Our room smelled even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The office doesn't open until 7a.m. which was a bit of a problem since we checked out at 6:45 because we just wanted to leave."

"I've stayed at hotels with kitchenettes before, and this one was the smallest, but was efficient nonetheless. Good value for the money. Great location...about 10 miles from the heart of Phoenix. Alot of restaurants and businesses around. They have security patrolling the parking lots in the evening, which was reassuring."

The grounds/landscaping was very nicely kept. Our card keys had to be reprogrammed constantly.
