This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately eight miles from the Rose Bowl and 35 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport. It*s 20 miles from Knott*s Berry Farm and Universal Studios, 25 miles from Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, and 35 miles from Disneyland. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports, personalized voicemail, irons with full-size ironing boards, and unlimited local calls for a 1 fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Everyone at this hotel was very nice and thoughtful. when we first checked in, the woman at the desk could tell i had laryngitis and they brought me a cup of hot water and tea bags.

This hotel was respectable, clean, and conveniently located near the freeway. The staff have poor customer service skills. This hotel was very comfortable and accommodating to my needs being a mother of 3. I was able to shop at the local grocery store and cook the food in our room. That helped save a lot of money on dining out. The front desk staff was a little shady but other than him being unhelpful, the place was great!

Quiet, staff wasmost helpful in every instance. Basic, clean and helpful staff. I liked the security and easy access to laundry, and all items that were in the room for use, such as hair dryer, iron & board. AC and heater worked great. The room was very spacious with counter tops and a nice work area.

The refrigerator inside the room was nice. Air conditioner kept the room cool. The bed was not big enough and hard. The hotel was in a great location for where we wanted to be.

Location, and the fact the room was a suite with fridge and stove. There was no water in the hotel for 2 evenings, this was very frustrating. Overall the hotel was ok, the fact that there was no water for 2 evenings due to a boiler problem was very frustrating. I came back from being outdoors for the day, sweaty and needing a shower before heading out to Hollywood to the theatre with tickets purchased. I was late to the play having to wait for water to come back on in order to shower before going. Hotel offered no alternative, or way around the situation, despite me explaining my situation. Was not please with this situation as the tickets were very expenseive and a chunk of the play was missed.

Conveniently located near Pasadena. Would prefer daily refresh service as part of hotel expense. I stayed at this hotel for 13 days while doing some consulting work in the area. It's easy to get to, decent free parking, and lot of great restaurants within a short walk. Not a bad choice if you're going to be in the Pasadena area for a while. Bring or buy your own pillows, the ones that they have are not comfortable.

The staff, location, value, cleanliness. No daily maid service, no continental breakfast. Very clean and functional. Kitchen facilities were great to have too.
