This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately three miles from Milwaukee Zoo and 25 miles from the General Mitchell International Airport. Downtown Milwaukee is roughly 20 minutes by car. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, 1 per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

I've never had a problem that wasn't resolved quickly at this hotel. Desk is not ""staffed"" late at night, but on-site contact info is available (maintenance or someone) 24 hours. If you wait 4.5 hours locked outside your room, it's your fault. Good hotel for the price.

I got locked out of my room at 3:30 am because the key card didn't work. there's not night attendant, so i had to wait in the lobby until 8:00 am for the clerk lady to show up. I tried calling corporate, but they told me there was nothing they could do. pay the extra 10 and stay at a decent hotel.

The staff was very nice, even though I had to call them to the desk very late (after normal closing hours.) The smell of smoke lingered in the room, and in the hallway it was stronger. The rooms are a good size. Their is a lot of room in the closets and the bathroom, and the kitchen area is nice when you don't want to go out to eat every night. Their is not a lot of decoration in the room it feels a little spartan. The smell of smoke was a problem, but I did not spend a lot of time in the room, so it did not bother me too much.

Location was great. The toilet seat was broken and the shower head were moldy. This hotel room had a broken toilet seat, a clogged shower drain and a moldy shower head.

Convenient location. Broken toilet seat, moldy shower, drain clogged, no staff after 8:00 pm. This hotel was in very poor shape as far as the rooms go, the toilet seat was broken, the shower and shower head were moldy, the shower drain was clogged and I had to clean it myself as the hotel staff leaves at 8:00 pm for the evening and I was on my own.

It was a clean environment. Each time we've stayed there, have to wait for front desk service. We waited over 1/2 hour to be checked in because none was at the front desk when we arrived at 6:00 pm.

I liked having a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Odor from the trash rooms could be noticed once you entered or exited the hotel.

It was accross from Mcdonalds. Everything. The staff did not care bathroom faucet broke, water ran all night for 2 nights. Even after we reported it several times. It was a very stressfull stay. I would never stay again. There were big cracks in the walls.

Good location. Pretty basic accommodations. The hotel is in a good location close to the interstate with many stores and restaurants in the immediate area. There is no restaurant on site but there is a concession area next to the front desk where you can buy (at reasonable prices) basic food items and toiletries. There is a full size refrigerator in the room as well as a microwave and two cook top burners so if you are on extended stay you can make some of your own meals. I would consider the room as no frills but, again, the location was very convenient to Milwaukee's west side attractions and all in all a good value for the money.

Great location for newer hotel. Nice grounds-pet walking area. Someone cooked with grease that built up on the kitchen cabinets thats hard to remove.

Loved the fact it had a refrigerator, stove, sink and kitchen area! It was not a full hotel; and the room I was given was a long walk! Enjoyed my stay!
