The room was dirty and small and there was not a pool. Dirty room! the bathroom was nasty!

I looked for a hotel that allowed for dogs, and this was a perfect match.

I visited Dallas for the Appaloosa World Show. This accom is the closest to Will Rogers. It was a great location and nice & quiet. Not 5 star, but certainly comfortable and clean. I'm booking to stay here again for 2008.

I liked the close proximity to the highway and very nice shopping and some good restaurants. I did not like how cramped the rooms were and that there was no daily room service. The hotel is meant to be for extended stay - like a short term apartment. I would not recommend it for short term travelers.

Quiet and clean, and a great value. Perfect for just one or two people...small and compact room with most everything you'll need. If you prefer to prepare & cook your own meals, the kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster) will be a plus. Basic utensils are provided but if you get really ambitious, there's a Williams-Sonoma store right across the street. The hotel is centrally located in a good area & is very convenient to downtown, the zoo, TCU, hospitals, Colonial. Upscale shopping & several restaurants are within walking distance. The Trinity River is directly behind the hotel, with a 30-mile bike/walking trail which goes all the way downtown. This is a no-frills hotel, so you won't have daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it (for an additional fee I think), but you can get fresh towels at the front desk. Seems like a pretty well run place, with the kind of amenities that you really need, rather than services you'll probably never use anyway.

Price and convenience. Bathroom size. It met our need for a late arrival and in-expensive.

It was clean. The rooms were too small. The rooms were too small. A person who is using a walker or in a wheelchair would not be able to move around.

It was very cheap and quiet. The carpet was full of dust. I kept sneezing all the time. The room had a full kitchen, which is great for long stays. However, the room was very dusty.

Nice rooms. Hard bed. None.

Very convenient to the Ft. Worth cultural district. Lot of money for a standard room that seemed quite small. First the agent put us into a smoking room - I about gagged. She did move us as she had one available, but it is always first come, first served. I like non-smoking enough to pay for it - I did not find that option available to me.

Simple - not bad andnot fancy.

It was still standing. The rooms were too small and the heater did not work properly. The hotel was clean but it had no public areas whatsoever. When we arrived at 1:00 a.m. there was no one in the office and it was locked. It took approximately 20 minutes to locate an employee on the premises. Then, it turned out that the rooms which they had held had only one bed and we had two people planning to stay in each one. It took another hour to straighten this out and we ended up having to add another room and pay for it. By then it was after 2:00 a.m. and the group of us were exhausted. There was no shampoo and there were no hairdryers, which was a problem the following morning. The staff were nice kids, but they were just untrained kids trying to run a hotel.

Very good location for where we wanted to be. Although I asked for a hotel for 2 adults and one kid, it only had one bed. We were 2 adults and one kid. We did not care for the kitchenette which I'm sure is perfect for business travelers or people who want to stay more than one night. The room only had one double bed which made it an uncomfortable arrangement.

Location. Room size too small/cramped quarters. This hotel was clean, neat, close to attractions, and provided a friendly, helpful staff, but the rooms were extremely small.

Cheap. No restaurantand no gym.

Kitchen facilities, or microwave, was handy. It did not have a blow dryer in the room and one was not available for me to use.

Location - staff accommodated with no smoking room.
Date of Stay:

Kitchen appliances. Room smelled of smoke although marked no-no smoking.

Convenient location but not located in Selected Area. Extended stay hotel, didn't have ANY perks, and had to pay extra for Internet connection. This should be a level 2 hotel at best. They don't even make the beds or provide towel service without being asked. I requested a Downtown hotel and was NOT near the Downtown. Had to use my car to get Downtown and it was a 10-15 min. drive. Public Transportation not adequate for getting around.
Date of Stay:

The hotel over all was very clean and well maintained. The room we had was extremely small for 2 people. 2nd day front desk clerk not friendly or helpful. I would stay at this hotel again but I would request a larger room. I was impressed with how clean and well kept the property was. Most of the hotel staff was helpful, but one woman in particular was rude.
