this hotel is rundown and dirty. The carpet in the hallways was filthy and rundown. The room was the same. The refrigerator in the room hummed and made alot of noise. The pillows felt like socks shoved in a bag. Check in was horrible. The night shift guy greeted me with cheeto breath from a back room. Checked me in and offered internet package for $4.95 with a password. He told me my room would be in the middle of hotel by elevator. My room was clear on the other end of hotel, no where near elevator. In fact it was the last door at the end of the hallway. The internet password didnt work and it was late so I gave up. Checked out early in the morning so didnt have time to address issues with management but I will never stay there again.

Reasonable room rate. Location from freeway access too far. Other than location from freeway, it is excellent.

Full size refrigerator and kitchen. There is no non-smoking floor. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations for the price. Entrance to lobby is facing away from the quiet street. Electric stove, microwave oven, small coffee-maker, and full size refrig. Desk with chair, padded chair with ottoman and bed. Dishes and utensils supplied (for two). Wall AC cooled the room well even in heat wave.

Good location and good parking. Room was kindof cramped; smoking and nonsmoking rooms were arranged so that halls always smelled of cigarette smoke. It's a decent, basic place to stay. Not much in the way of amenities, just a guest laundry and vending machines. Kitchen area, which I didn't need, seemed decent. Sleeping area was cramped with a chair wedged in between the bed and the closet door making only half of the otherwise decent-sized closet accessible. Desk and TV were okay. Pets are allowed, so there were dogs barking every time I walked down the hall.

Location, quiet though convenient to freeway. Shower was dirty & not a king bed.

Location was convenient for me. TV didn't work well at all. The hotel had a convenient location, personnel was very accommodating but not much in the way of amenities. It was basic but good enough for the price.

Friendly staff. Smell. The hotel is ok for travelers or business people.

Poor staff. Key didn't work, entered as a no show. Key access at secondary/back door broken, told to prop it open with a stick by staff. (Great Security) Tried to check out for final expenses report none around.

The location of the premises is great, is clean and the quietness are excellent. I hope I can get these hotels for my next trips to Torrance. Thanks. Everything was good, no complaints at all. I definitely recommend these hotels to everybody, as they are clean, attractive, convenient and quiet. I appreciated the opportunity to stay at them.

The room was clean and the Hotel was quite at night. Nothing was negative in my stay to list. The Staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. There were plenty of stores for all your needs in just a short driving distance away. The Beach is just a few miles away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfy, friendly staff. The kitchen was slightly grungy, not bad but a little sticky on some parts of the cabinets and some onion skins were overlooked in one of the cabinet. Great place.

It is perfect for moms who have babies; I got to clean my baby's bottles and sterilized it. Of the kitchen. Highly recommend for families with babies! Before we arrived at our room we passed by smoking rooms and it really smells by the hallway. Smoking rooms should be placed at the end of the hall. I would say that this hotel is family friendly, having a kitchenette is a big factor, and the fridge is big. I appreciated our stay in this hotel.

The hotel was nice, clean, pizza delivery directly to room. Courtesy checkout @ noon. When my daughters and I arrived there were kids fighting in the parking lot. I thought for a nice hotel like this it made it seem ghetto. Continue from #14. After police arrive. Everything was good. Overall hotel was excellent, customer service. Good. May I receive a free stay in Gardena? To compensate the incident regarding the fight. Don't want my kids to see it.

Kitchen suite was very nice to have (coffee, etc). Hard to find-sign was really small. Very nice place to stay, suite hotel with cleanliness a top priority-very helpful staff, laundry room, great experience overall.

Cleaning Staff were very friendly and hardworking. Front desk staff was very distant, and rarely made eye contact. The place is out of the way, signage is not lighted, in a neighborhood with very few choices for eating or anything else. Torrance is not a destination city, unless you are quite depressed.
