We checked in late (flight delay) and it was VERY hard to find the entrance. We had to call for directions. The clerk was busy but came right over to check us in. We were in a reasonable hotel room with a small kitchenette. Clean. But the bed was in need of replacing; it made sleeping difficult. No extra pillows, but the staff was cooperative. No onsite meals, but a diner around the corner.

Don't stay here if you bring your pets. I had 2 dogs and my wife with me this past business trip. I booked through Travel website and let them know I was bringing my 2 dogs. On my last day there, my wife and I were loading the car up to check out. She was going to drive me to work and then return to the hotel to get the dogs and check out. She spoke to the housekeeper who saw us loading up our car and said that our 2 dogs were still in the room and the she would be back in about 30 minutes to check out. Unfortunately, the housekeeper opened the hotel room door and our dogs got up. A passing hotel guest retrieved one our dogs and when my wife returned to the room, she found the other dog. My wife was yelled at by the hotel staff for having the dogs and not letting them or housekeeping know about them. She explained that she has just spoken to the housekeeper not 30 minutes ago and told her that she left our 2 dogs in the room and would right back. She also stated that we booked the room through online travel website and mentioned our 2 dogs were coming with us. My wife was told the housekeeper didn't speak English even though when my wife talked to her early, she understood English.

it was a last minute booking after flight cancelled. difficult to find even with GPS. my key card would only work about every 4th swipe, area not well lit and being a single female didn't feel safe at all. sheets and pillows didn't smell clean like someone had sweated all over them. yes the kitchen was all there and at first appeared cleaned until I went to put something in the fridge and then the ants came out in droves. there were dead ones all over the seal of the refrigerator. thankfully I was only there for about 6 hours.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms weren't quite as clean as could have been.

The overall experience of my stay was good. The room was clean and roomy with a kitchenette and large bathroom. The second morning of my stay I did not have hot water in the shower. The person at the front desk was very nice and was sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Because of the prepaid reservations through Travelagent she said she was not able to give me a discount or refund. I'm not sure I really believe that, but I felt she was sincere and the experience would not prevent me from staying there again.

Found it well above expectation. Check-in staff were very friendly, room facilities were good. One discomfort I had was the irritating noice of a cockroach in the bathroom which I had tolocate and silence. I was on the ground foor.

Staff were generally friendly. The room was dirty and very poorly kept. While the location was convenient, the rooms are not terribly spacious and are not kept clean. Found hair, dirty carpet and powder on one of the chair. Pillows were like tortillas flat! Bedding was unattractive and scratchy. One lamp did not properly function. Was ok for sleeping for the night but not for extended stay.

The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom/toilet. I don't need top quality sheets, but they need to be clean and semi soft. Dirty/Stained and rough as sandpaper

The hotel is in a great area, quick access to major highways that lead to DC, and has plenty of restaurants, and a shopping mall right next door.

I have stayed at this hotel before, but its been about 4 yrs or so. The price of the room was great for 2 night, but the only problem I had was that there were ants in the bathroom and around the sink and stove in the little mini kitchen. Other then that I liked everything else.

It had a nice and stocked kitchenette. The room was a smoking room. I did not select a smoking room. It was very well located. If staying here come from the south or you will need to U-turn to enter the hotel parking. The kitchen was stocked with all that you need to cook with.

My hotel bldg. was well off the highway. The access was possible from only one highway direction. Compact, no-frills. A bottle of shampoo would've been nice. At least there was soap.

Staff were friendly. Maintenance and housekeeping is shoddy. When we checked in, the first thing was the very strong odor in the room. Staff was friendly to change rooms but the second room had the same odor (almost felt like the rooms had a water leak and the musty smell just didn't go anywhere) but to a lesser degree. Bathroom was nasty. Still had used trash in the garbage from previous occupant. This is an extended stay hotel so its expected that certain signs of use after someone stays there long but housekeeping needed to have cleaned up before someone else stayed there. Overall, I have stayed with this chain before but this one was definitely way worse in cleanliness and housekeeping than any of them.

Staff was friendly. Cleanliness. The sheet wasn't changed. The bathroom and kitchen area was clean. The kitchen area floor was sticky. I won't stay at this hotel again. Thanks.

The Location is convenient for my work. Ants in the rooms. The hotel staff was not very accommodating at the best! While waiting in line to express my concerns with the ant problem twice during my stay there. I heard numerous complaints from all of the guests about a wide range of problems. The whole hotel should be closed down and bombed for insects to begin with! I do have one good thing to report. Staff on duty really tried to please me; however, the hotel failed to remedy the ant problem! He tried very hard and was polite after getting remedied by guest after guest.

Staff was friendly. Room was overrun with ants. This room was dirty, noisy and overrun with ants.

No steps. Trash outside our door. The hotel was adequate for our needs, contained a kitchenette suitable for an extended stay traveler, was clean and suitable for the business traveler.
