The room was very clean and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. However, the room had ants in it and was kind of dreary. The kitchen was very useful.

Room was excellent and very clean. We were beyond pleased with the level of accommodations. I was looking just for a bed for overnight on a work project, but this was a suite and sweet experience. I will definitely look to go there again when I am in the area.

Not sure why the front lobby door was left open to the public and no one behind the lobby counter.

I liked the convience and closeness to Annapolis I didn't like the heating unit that would turn on the airconditioner at room temperature. It was loud. This was a family friendly hotel. The only complaint I had was that the heater was hooked up to the airconditioner and when the room hit the temperature set, the airconditioner would come on, making the room uncomfortable. It was also very loud. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. It was meant for longer staying customers.

We have stayed here before and it is going downhill. Biggest problem was that doors to rooms did not work with electronic key. Had to make several trips and even had to have room changed because doors would not open. Staff was very helpful and said they had a service call in but.... Thermostat on air conditioning did not work so either had to be full on or off (and somethimes even OFF did not work???). Take the stairs -- not sure the elevator is going to make another trip and fan in door to elevator equipment room (which was very, very hot) did not instill confidence. Was clean and the shower was excellent but ....be careful.

Very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room. No plug for the bathtub. This hotel was conveniently located, close to the college where my daughter was visiting. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a kitchenette which, for future reference, will be useful for me.

Hotel is basically clean, but property is tired -- beds sag.

Convenient to location of destination Old out of date feelingandtherefore feeling somewhat dirty. I would stay at this hotel again for the price. Friendly staff. Bagels for breakfast and pet friendly a plus. Very convenient to the Naval Academy Campus and shopping.

The room was dirty. The TV that worked with the pay for view was in the bedroom so the family could watch it in the living space. Dirt hanging from air vents. No continental breakfast as advertised on wed site. Maid service only once a week, unless you pay 5/day. Garbage left in hall for more than 24 hours. Desk staff didn't care

Very accommodating staff, easy, efficient. Minimalist room. Great for the economy traveller. Staff was very helpful. The location is good.

The location was great and the staff was helpful, but the room was the pits. There was toothpaste all over the cabinets, the phone was so grimy, I didn't want to touch it, the closet was off the hinges, the bed was so broken down, it was like sleeping in a wok, there was trash under the sofa and in the shower. For Naval Academy parents - sleeping in Bancroft would be better

The kitchen area. The first clerk to check us in was very snippy. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff we dealt with, especially a young man named was super nice, friendly and helpful. Even upon checking out the staff we encountered was very friendly. Thankfully this snotty clerk we only seen when we checked in. The room was great, comfortable and clean. The kitchen area was a big selling point. Being able to hang out in the room and actually sit at a table with comfortable chairs, opposed to sitting in a bed to hang out was a bit plus.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchenette worked well and the room was convenient to the parking area. The bed was very hard. The fold out couch was very uncomfortable as a bed. We were not looking for luxury and what we got was not, however it was comfortable. Even though we were not traveling with a pet we were glad to see that the hotel was pet friendly. We will likely stay there again.

Exceeded expectations. More toiletries.

This would have been a great place for a longer stay. The bed was a bit cramped for me & my wife, and wasnot very comfortable. The hotel was our only choice at the time. The bed was not as comfortable or as big as we would have liked. The staff was very courteous, and helpful. I liked the idea of the extended stay room, with reduced room services.

The night desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was noisy due to fridge, AC, and noise in room above. This motel was located outside of the tourist district and among several other extended-stay hotels. The room included a large desk, full kitchen, sitting area and a small, not-so-comfortable bed. The decors were drab. The bathtub lacked a plug and there were no complimentary toiletries, although there was a package of dishwasher detergent. The AC was noisy and out of rhythm with the noisy refrigerator. When I commented on the AC the next morning, the clerk said that I was fortunate to have AC as it was off altogether a week ago! I would rate this as a good basic accommodation, but not at all suited for the leisure traveler. If I had not paid in advance for the accommodation, I would never have chosen to stay.

It was quiet. Liked everything. This is a quiet hotel with a fridge and stove and internet connections. I would stay there again.

Convenient location. It was not very clean, and the beds creaked. Beds were rickety and creaking not very comfortable, very basic room.

I thought the staff was very helpful and polite. I liked the fact that we had a studio room with the hide-a-bed. I missed having a hot tub or swimming pool available, and sometimes there was no coffee available down in the lobby area. Vending machine out of order. I felt the room could have been quite a bit cleaner. Kind of felt dirty to me. Paint on the bathroom doors and dust caked on the blow dryer.

It was clean, well kept, and quiet. It has a small bathroom. We were treated very well, the staff was efficient and friendly. The lobby was clean and neat and the room was too.
