Hotel Staff was helpful and friendly. Only stayed one night but was a great experience. The room and bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable.

Bed was comfortable and the room quiet. This hotel was great! I stay in Horsham often and this is my favorite place!

"My wife and 2 year old stayed here because it is fairly close to Sesame Place. We were very disappointed and none of us slept. The air conditioning rumbled like a freight train, our non-smoking room stunk of smoke, the TV wasn't worked and there were plenty of barking dogs around us. We'll stay closer to Sesame next time."

Shabby public areas. Uncomfortable room with substandard housekeeping. I have never stated in any Extended Stay property that would consider pleasant in any way. They are always uncomfortable and rarely clean.

It is a very clean and queit hotel. the beds are very comfortable. I slept very sound. No noise. Has a kitchenette but no pots or pans to cook your own meals with. No swimming pool or hot tub to relax in. Gym is free and at Baileys in Willow Grove.

The bed linens were not very clean. There was no ice in the freezer. The room was comfortable and quiet, however.

I stayed here on two different occasions, the first was a spare room, were I had to ask for items, the second was not the case. All rooms are not equal here, seems like they take from others to bring up to hotel standard. My clock did not work, no frying pan and no mattress cover. On my second stay a few days later, they actually had everything in the room, but they did shut me key off prior to check out time.

Price. Poor room cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were not cleaned well. The dishes and silverware were very dirty.

Low Price. Poor room cleaning service. Excellent for business and family travel for rooms. Not a resort place, strictly in the business of supplying a place to stay that is neat and clean.

Efficiency of staff value of dollar for comforts. Cleanliness of room stains on furniture. This is a good budget hotel for travelers. It is definitely bare bones no shampoo or toiletries provided and you even have to buy your own packet of dishwashing liquid to clean the dishes provided. Overall, though, it's safe, friendly staff, convenient and definitely a great value for the money. I would definitely return here.

It had all the amenities I could use. There was no sugar for coffee. The room was clean and modern, had a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils. It exceeded my expectations.

Especially clean, unobtrusive, co operative, courteous, & anxious to assist. I would have liked to have a fuller selection in the honor pantry. I was well satisfied with the quality, price and cleanliness. I felt very much at home and safe at the two locations I stayed at during this trip. I have used your services in the past, & will remain a customer in the future.

No outside noise rooms were sound proof. No eating facilities. Hotel is good for people staying more than 1 day.

Quality was low.

The kitchenette area and the price. There was no soda, snack machines or convenience items. Because this is extended stay there were many people "living" there with their pets. I am extremely allergic to animals and suffered the entire weekend. In the future, I would like to know beforehand that animals have stayed in the rooms.

Kitchenette. Bedding. The hotel is a typical studio type setting with a kitchen, frig, TV and bed and bathroom. The space is perfect for one person. And the kitchen is convenient for long stays. The price was fair! It was a good place to stay for one person on a business trip, nothing fancy but clean and nice in a good neighborhood.

Decent location. The room was messy and the bed uncomfortable. This is an economy "extended" stay hotel with few amenities. In a fairly accessible location, but the room clearly was cleaned well and definitely not in preparation for our stay -- there were tissues behind the couch, the sofa bed had an old sheet on it (and was extremely uncomfortable) and there were small bits of the popcorn ceiling on the couch from the vibrations from the floor above.

The kitchenette is very convenient. The hotel is a good distance from center city Philadelphia. The hotel was nice for one night. It's more intended for a long-term studio apartment. There were many large mirrors and only one pillow on each side of the bed. It works for a no-frills hotel, but if your idea of vacation is staying in a hotel and ordering room service, this is not the place. Overall, this was a nice stay for the price we got.
