The size. Lack of pillows and sheets.

Extremely helpful staff. Bed was rather hard. One of three of this chain of hotel in this part of the city including another one that is not even two minutes drive away. I had not been in this part of Denver in 20 yrs so needless to say I had no idea where anything was. Over the course of the stay the staff were fabulous at helping find where I wanted to go.

Staff was very helpful and considerate. If the matress was a horse the only reasonable thing to do would be to take it out and shoot it to put it out of your misery. Again, staff was really nice and helpful.

It was adequate. Things like dust on the fridge, things you know are in your house, but it's not your dirt! It's good for a 2 day stay, because you can cook you own meals, etc. But homesteads are not typically the cleanest, best place to stay if you have family with you.

Clean, good location, and very cheap. Hotel was in a good location. It was clean and well cared for. The staff was professional and courteous. The price was excellent. I ended up extending the stay by one day and my wife stayed with me. Not romantic but very functional. Small kitchen was useful.

I like the kitchen and work area this room provides. Sheets were not clean on the bed. First time this has happened to me. The sheets were obviouslynot clean on the bed, although the room itself appeared very clean. The whole sheet experience kind of makes me rethink whether I want to stay here again on not.

There is nothing to like in that hotel. In 3 weeks room never been cleaned. Very uncomfortable place.

Kitchen is far from fully furnished. There was 1 pan, no forks, and 1knife. The fully furnished kitchens are a joke. There is one person who works the desk that must be a relative of the owner.

No mattress cover on bed, just a sheet. The hotel is fair and in a good location. The main problem was there was not mattress cover, just a sheet.

Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Not convenient for use of public transportation. One of the nicer extended stay chains that I have stayed at.

Ample parking near room. Room seemed old and run down - no shampoo provided.
Date of Stay:

Convenience of location. Hotel conveniently located close to highway, restaurant and convention that I was attending.

Fridge, cooktop, microwave. Slow internet, dirty windows, fitted sheets fall off. If you're on the north end of this property, you can use the Sleep Inn's wireless internet which is substantially faster and save yourself $4.99.

Pleasant room with breakfast area and small kitchen in the room. No cleaning during stay. Pleasant hotel once I got there, but it was very hard to find. Not just off the main streets, but took several turns through side streets. Yet, it was backed up to the interstate, with all the attendant noise. Staff provided recommendations for nearby eateries, including outstanding barbeque at Yazoo just across the main street of Arapaho.

Clean, large room. Upgrading of carpet and comforters are in order. Provide a computer for guests! The hotel room was large and clean. The carpet and bedspreads should be replaced, however, to make the room feel new. No computer was available for guests to use. No breakfast was served.

My prior stay was great. Room was disgusting. It would take a hazmat team to clean that room. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past three weeks and the first room I got was clean and attractive, but the second time I stayed I couldnt even sit in the chair because it was caked with so much food and dirt. Pet hair and dirt in the carpet, curtains shredded, food splatter everywhere, and kitchen utensils were still dirty.

Location and kitchen area. Using pull out bed didn't leave much room. Good if you are one or two people and staying for an extended period but not using the hotel too much. Not a lot of room. Kitchen area takes up a lot of space but very useful.

Nothing. Dirty washcloth left in bathroom, small suite, cheap fixtures, no room service or maids. What can I say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
Price. Smoking room, staff was unhelpful, dated rooms. Staff was unhelpful, rooms are dated, needs to remodel. Price was good.
Date of Stay:

Our hotel room did not smell like cigarette smoke. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. A bad strong odor. The room was a little small for a family of five that consists of two adults and 3 children 10 and under. The kitchenette was nice to have if you need to have it. Overall the cigarette smell made the hotel less desirable. A pool would be nice to have their at the hotel.
