The location is GREAT. BEAUTIFUL. My favorite in the area, so why is this extended stay so disgusting!? So ghetto? Upon our arrival the room was FILTHY. Visible crusts of dirt/mold, old food crumbs on the floor and black wiry HAIR all over the bathroom and towels. Crumbs in the drawers and on the counter-years-old food stuck to the pans. Gross looking fluids all over the bathroom walls. ( I feared to know what they were). We called the front desk and they said they were understaffed--that someone would do a "thorough" cleaning in two days--A) we couldn't wait that long for fear of getting some super strain virus and B)they never came. We disinfected it ourselves. Once we were past that issue, we discovered we had NO HOT WATER. They said they were working on their plumbing, that it would be fixed in a day. That was on a Tuesday. On Friday, the water was still murky and LUKEWARM but they insisted it was hot. Try washing dishes with tepid water, so unsanitary. This was a huge annoyance and inconvenience, but since we were on business, we had no choice to suck it up and camp out there. Top all this with the overflowing garbage cans overfilled and spilling over with dog s-h-i-t-e and old food (there a week and a half), people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, and you have a purely ghetto fabulous stay. I wouldn't recommend this nightmare to anyone. They must be cutting costs or something, or just wasting money on a bad manager. I felt sorry for the poor desk clerk. He was being inundated by complaints that he had no control over. This place needs new management. With good management this could be a great place.

We came down for a couple of days at fan fair.I stayed at this place about 7 yrs ago,and it was clean then. They obviously do not have very good maids there anymore. The bathroom sink had hairs in it, the tub was not clean, neither was the toilet. I cleaned this all myself. Plus when you come in late at night like we did the area is very dark and scary. It is hard to get in contact with the night person. Plus this was out a lot farther than I remembered. Will stay closer to Nashville the next time.

The location was good. Not enough beds. We arrived late to find the room had only one queen bed and we had 2 10 year olds with us. Another room could not be provided. I had to go to another hotel.

Hotel office locked at 10 PM. Roon had spiders and large roaches.

First assigned room had not been cleaned. Second one was clean. Staff was nice but didn't seem to be all working on the same page. The really weird thing was when you dialed front desk someone in another location answered and for some strange reason could not contact the front desk at my location. I had to walk back over to front desk to get room corrected.

Proximity. Bugs. I stay at this hotel almost every week. During my last 2 stays I had to battle ants and small roaches in the Kitchen area and bath. The hotel does not provide cleaning services during the week but doesn't make it easy for guest to clean either. There were no kitchen towels and no dish washing detergent. This isn't good for a business hotel.

The reviewer who complained about the lack of shampoo and weekly cleaning just doesn't get it. This is an extended stay place. They tell you up front that they clean weekly and amenities are not there - bring your own. Very clean, nice size, even a kitchen. We paid less than half what a comparable place cherged just 1/2 mile away.

It's in a very nice area. I had to go get sheets for the fold out bed. Friendly staff. The room was clean and what I would expect from a hotel. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I can remember sleeping in at a hotel - very impressive.

My unit at the Homestead Suites in Franklin was very clean. Bed was comfortable (not luxurious), nice water pressure in shower, well maintained grounds / exterior, everything you might need if want to prepare light meal. Excellent access to I-65 and very near the Galleria Mall. I would not hesitate to stay here again for the price and convenience.

The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning was a little loud, but I am a light sleeper. I enjoyed my stay at Homestead. I would stay there again if I came back to that area.

This room was for the setup crew for a trade show at the convention center. They said their stay was great. Thank you.

There are no non smoking rooms and the place stunk with cigarette smoke. No non smoking rooms. Very poor, if you are a non smoker, don't go to this place.

Great location, great price. Room a little worn and air unit a little noisy. More pillows, please. Perfect for a good bed and business traveler. Close to I-65 and Cool Springs Mall and restaurants.

Convenient, clean, great property, great price. Met all my expectations. Very nice business hotel in the heart of the Franklin, Cool Springs, Brent wood business and shopping area. No frills but nice. A great value for the business traveler.

Location. Cleanliness on the room, it had small ants and nasty bath tub. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a great location. The negatives about the room are about to begin. The overall cleanliness of the room seemed OK until seeing the small ants. The bathtub was severely stained and the utensils were not clean. The room did not have paper towels, dish washing liquid or a dish washing machine that I could find.

The pillows were very soft. The bed was very hard, too hard.

Great location and price. Would like more amenities. Very good for a short or long stay, just the basics, plus a full kitchen.

The room was not clean and there was mold in the shower walls and bathroom floor.

Hotel location. Horrible experience. Room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, there was several insects in the room and bathtub; shower-head was moldy, even though I was traveling with my son, then gave us a smoking room, even though I had asked for a non-smoking one. There was only one double/queen bed in the room.

Check out! Smelled, hair on floors, could see outside through gap in door, flat pillows, hard bed, and more. Dirty and smells. Don't want to stay there again.
