The room was pretty large in size with a full sized refrigerator, which was nice. However, upon entering the room for the first time, we found dog food all over the floor and a large amount of someone's hair in the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting. It was easily cleaned up by ourselves, therefore we did not feel the need to call and complain to the front desk. However, we ended up getting flea bites all over our bodies from the pets that had stayed in our room before us. The customer service lacked professionalism and they only wanted to argue rather than help the situation. I was able to get a doctor's note confirming flea bites and they still wouldn't agree with me. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Hotel is adequate. Set up for long stays with cooking etc. Not needed for overnight stays. Complimentary breakfast is minimal. No shampoo etc. in bathroom. Clean and comfortable.

For a two night, midweek stay, I found the place to be clean, well kept, and quiet. The location was very convenient. Not the best for dog walking when the insecticide flags are on the commercial property lawns. Would stay here again.

Internet access was not free. Free breakfast was pretty minimal. The room was nice, but they no maid service at all during my 2-day stay. They also charged $4.99 per stay for internet access. Also, the free breakfast was coffee (very weak) and small muffin.

The staff bent over backwards to help me in every way. The hotel wasn't very close to the business I was conducting, but it was close to a lot of restaurants and several Starbucks, which more than made up for the distance I had to travel every day. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and easy freeway access.

Easy to find. Lack of staff. The hotel was quite nice. My only complaint would have been the lack of a desk receptionist on check out day. I inadvertently left my cell phone in my room and there waited over 15 minutes for someone to help me at the front desk. There was a sign advising people to dial 0 on the house phone in the lobby, but no one answered until the third time I tried. By that time, there were several people waiting. Someone who was obviously a cleaning person eventually showed up to help. Very strange way to run a hotel, as people's personal information (credit cards, etc.) were behind the desk and could easily been accessed by anyone in the lobby. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

I was surprised that it had a full kitchen and pulls out couch for so cheap. I was a little disappointed in the bathroom; there was no shampoo or anything in the bathroom, which Im used to finding. It was a nice room, with a full kitchen, and a pull out couch in addition to the full size bed. It was conveniently located right off 84, and there were tons of restaurants around. A little while after checking in, the woman from the front desk called the room and asked if everything was okay, which was nice. There was no breakfast on the weekend, no toiletries in the bathroom, and any pen and paper but that's it for complaints.

I liked the amenities and cleanliness. Staff were friendly and the ease of checkout was excellent. Internet connection was strong and very helpful. The quality of the towels could have been better. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating with our late night check in. Amenities of this hotel were above expectation and very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness inside and out and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. This hotel location was convenient to local eateries and shopping as well as local attractions that brought us for tourism.

Close to my destination within blocks. Service and helpfulness of workers. Upon arrival in the first room toilet did not flush. After contacting front desk room was changed. Attendent was not plesent. On Saturday I needed some ice and sent my son to the ice machine. Only one ice machine in the hotel and it was out of order. Sent him to the front desk and the girl told him there was no ice unless we made it in the freezer. The ice maker in the room was shut off, and the girl admitts that they shut off the ice maker. After I went to the girl at the desk to ask for ice she said she would have to contact her supervisor. She tried calling her supervisor at home without an answer. I had to tell her to get me some ice from a room that was not being used. She took my zip lock bag and did that when she saw how upset I was. I needed ice for a knee injury and another hotel guest offered me an ice pack, if they did not get me some ice. I do not understand why you would call a supervisor for a request as small and easy as getting a guest some ice. I would hate to be a guest with a life or death condition.

Kitchen facilities. Lack of or inattentive staff. Better than the typical "Red Roof Inn", but not by much. You get the impression that this place is about to be totally automated by eliminating all staff.

Reception very friendly! Perfect workstation. Don't like oatmeal soap (allergies). Although I was staying here primarily for leisure, I felt like I could really get a lot of work done if I needed too. Great set-up and even had access to local gym and sauna!

Full kitchen with all necessary cookware. TV furniture etc. low end and dated. I arrived at 3 before any rooms were given out, and they tried to give me a smoking room with 2 single beds. I had to protest greatly to get them to give me a non smoking room with a double, but the desk clerk did so begrudgingly.

Roomy and convenient. Nothing not to like. Front desk staff extremely friendly and efficient. Check in and check out was less than a few minutes. Room was adequate for its purpose. Clean and value priced. Many restaurant choices within a convenient distance.

Accommodating and comfortable. This hotel does it all for me. I'll be back.
