Homestead Denver Tech Center South Inverness is located approximately 27 miles from the Denver International Airport and 15 miles from downtown. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Business services include mail delivery, complimentary incoming fax, and copy and outgoing fax service for a small fee. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet are charged a minimum 75 pet fee upon check-in. All guestrooms have a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include a workspace with computer dataport, free local phone calls, personalized voicemail, and iron and full size ironing board. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

disgusting filthy carpet ,take off your shoes and induldge the look of filth on your feet or socks,check out the high class mold either on tub,under sinks or all above. sleep on a old filthy bug infested bed. be very leary we had black widows. roll out couch trash or food inside under.

I checked in and asked where the elevators were only to be laughed at by the staff. I went to my room and found tissue paper for towels and cabinets that looked like a dog used it for a chew toy. The A/C came from a small wall unit. I tried to watch TV and it would start ringing like a telephone. I had to change the channel back and forth in order to watch TV for about 15 minutes, then it would start ringing again. The furniture looked like someone used it for toilet paper. The only good thing was there were no roaches, because I think it was to filthy for them to stay in. The carpets were so disgusting that I wore my shoes the entire time I was there. I found another hotel and packed my bags as fast as humanly possible. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Very dissatisfied with all aspects of stay and the hotel. There was no service and the room did not have full roll of toilet paper, the bed sheets did not fit, the room was dirty, etc. The room was not acceptable and we left after the 2nd night of a planned 4 day stay. At any price this hotel is not worth the stay.

Nice to have all cooking utinsels available! Limited parking near rooms. The staff was professional and polite. Check in and out was a breeze. No mold in the shower! Utensils to make a home cooked meal available and of fine quality! Just wish they had more parking near our room!

The staff is great, they were veryt accomadating and when we needed more pillows, they brought them to the room for us. It is a short walk from a few different restruants and a Target.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The Staff here is very friendly and professional. We had 4 rooms, and we were all happy with each of them. Not far from shopping and dining. Close to light rail, bus and freeway.

Lights not working, bed bugs found, unfriendly staff, dissatisfied service. My first initial impression about this hotel was overall all good. The looks of the hotel are deceiving. While checking in late at the hotel staff was unfriendly. Infect the person on duty even look bother for my late night check in. Limited lighting. One light working in the whole room. Found several bed bugs on the bed and in the covers. Had to change linen myself. Very dissatisfied with service.

The staff was extremely friendly. Sorry, can't say a bad thing! Great hotel, convenient for business travelers as it's close to the DTC and several amenities including 24 hour stores, many restaurants, etc.

Not a lot of traffic, and yet right off of the main highway. All the of the floor boards in the bathroom were filthy. I would definitely go back. It works well for business and is close to the area that I have clients scheduled.

It was really nice for a one star hotel. It was too far from the city, I passed others that were closer. I liked it, this one was cleaner the other Homesteads that I have stayed in.

Kitchen facilities are convenient. Dirty room, broken closet door & mirror, hair everywhere, cigarette butts all over common area. Room in lousy condition, generally dirty.

Looked pleasant from the outside. Rooms weren't terribly dirty for a Level 1 star. Wouldn't give me a non-smoking room or a double.

It was inexpensive and in a convenient location. The motel was filthy and not fit to be slept in. I had to leave and go somewhere else. This hotel was awful. It was disgusting. My sheets were dirty and had obviously not been changed. There was trash in the room from a previous guest. The shower and bathroom were absolutely filthy the shower had hair and mildew all over. There was a splattering of something brownish red all over the bathroom wall blood? Coffee? This hotel should be shut down! I didn't expect any luxury for such a cheap motel, but I did expect something clean. I didn't even end up staying it was so gross.

Bed was nice. Low satellite channel choices slight crumbling of the bathroom wall. It was a nice size bed and room. The kitchenette was nice. The staff was nice.
