This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from the O*Hare International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, 1 per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

It was good, but not all amenities are there. No proper toiletry items in the room.

It was in a very convenient location. It seemed a little out of date. While the service was friendly and the room was clean, the furnishings etc.

I only stayed at this property because it was directed due to a business contract - one weekend a month for four months. After the first time, I wouldn't have gone back if I coulda' made other arrangements. The room lighting wasn't conducive to getting work done. There wasn't a desk - had to sitt on an uncomfortable bar stool at the kitchen counter. The kitchenette had no spoons, nor a complete set of dishes and glassware, and what was there wasn't clean. There was a sign that said the guest was responsible to leave kitchen furnishings clean for the next guest. The closet had half set up for hanging long garments like dresses and overcoats, and the other half with two rows of shelf and rods for shirts. Each time I checked in, the air conditioning was set to "icebox" level. There was no housekeeping service because my stay was only two nights. The most disheartening were the spiders, crickets, and other insects found in each room, usually near the windows, which didn't open. I never had problems getting into my room, but each time, encountered at least one person at the front desk who could not get into their room because of a malfunction of the electronic lock. One of those times, the desk clerk assisted the guest to break in through the window. Another time, the guest had to stay in another room until maintenance came in the morning. There were other properties within a few miles which had daily housekeeping and included some sort of breakfast for the same or lower rate than we paid, which also had a fitness center and pool, business center with free computer use, and free high speed internet access. Needless to say, I don't stay at this one any more.

I like they have refrigerator and microwave. I hate they don't have swimming pool and complimentary breakfast. Not the worst, but not the best.

This hotel was close to commercial area, restaurants, golf courses, car shops and maintenance. Kitchen was great and internet was only good for surfing.

The service is prompt and friendly.A good place to be. First room was not perfect, renovation is necessary. Second room was perfect. As a smoker, you can find bad smelling rooms and good smelling rooms. some of the rooms are old and not in a very good condition. In that case, ask for another room and when one is available, everyone is happy. The staff is friendly and the accommodation is good reachable. We had a good time there. Internet is per week or month.

Room was comfortable. Check-out. Day clerk is rude. I work at nights and tried to sleep. Asked for a late check out, was denied because hotel was full and needed to clean room. I understood not a problem. I told them I would leave at check out time 11:00 am. The clerk at the front desk called at 8:30 and woke me up, that wasn't enough finding I confirmed again I would be checking out at 11:00, he came and knocked on door at 10:00 to ask again if I was checking out. After repeating for the third I would be checking out at 11:00. Very rude.

Nothing. cockroach. The hotel was very sparse for amenities. On the way to get pillows, that didn't have a cover on it, I noticed a cockroach crawling across the hallway.

Clean and attractive. Maintenance. Clean, attractive, well appointed. Air conditioner sounded like a garbage truck backed up to our room all night. TV was unwatchable on every channel. Definitely didn't want to see. Two pillows, each of which had the thickness and consistency of a local Saturday newspaper. Fortunately, we were too exhausted to care.

Nothing. Not clean. Non courteous & un-cooperative staff. Uncomfortable room conditions. Broken thermostat. No bathroom supplies. Attendant was not courteous. They only gave us one double bed in each room. There was no way five people could have been accommodated in the provided bedding. Room HVAC system did not work.

They had a cappuccino machine with free coffee. The water pipe had burst in one hallway. This is an apt. Type hotel - it does have a refrigerator & microwave. They have meals and snacks you can buy reasonably.

New beds and the little pantry they had instead of vending machines. Some items in pantry were expired and or most were diet stuff. I have stayed in other hotels and usually up all night watching for bugs. I felt very comfortable in this one, the beds were new and very comfortable, they bathrooms were roomy being I'm on the bigger side, and the kitchen was equipped with what was suppose to be there. The staff was very nice too and desk is open 24 hours and the laundry facility was above what I expected.

Nice receptionist. Dirty, run down. Thermostat didn't work. Terrible uncomfortable bed and pillows. Sink was clogged.

They gave us towels we additionally requested. Bed was dirty, still had trash and leftovers in the fridge when checked in. The location was great however the bed was dirty, and there were trash in the garbage can and leftovers in the fridge when we checked in. The only thing good was that they gave us new towels when we requested.
