This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 37 miles from Logan International Airport and 40 miles from downtown Boston. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, one dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

I had to work long days with little time left after hours. The room was large with everything I needed to stay put. Good internet connection, although I had to pay extra for it. Great shower. Would have been even better if it was a little cleaner.

Location. We were locked out 5 minutes before our time was up. It was noisy, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We had to go out and buy cleaning products and clean the bathroom before we would use the toilet or shower. I have pictures of the mold in the shower.The worst hotel I have stayed in, in my 50 years!

Price. No restaurant. The met my expectations, we stayed at the hotel while my son attended a nearby hockey tournament. Over all it was good.

Location was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. No shampoo provided and no hair-dryers in room. The hotel was great for what we needed that weekend. I completely understand the no frills, but we were not forewarned and did not pack our own shampoo and hair-dryer. We never pack them as I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide them. The front desk was gracious and gave us some shampoo, but were unable to provide a hair-dryer. Had I known the policy, I would have packed my own.

Convenient to where we needed to be. Hotel room smelled like smoke, even the bed. I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel reeked of cigarette, even the bed itself. Not a big fan of extended stay hotels, unless I require one for several days not jut one day!

Friendly staff and nice kitchenette. Could have used a few in room amenities like shampoo/conditioner, cups and extra pillows. Very basic but clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave were appreciated.

The kitchenette was a great help. internet seemed slow. The room was nice, roomy and clean. The almond soap smelled so good. There was enough kitchenware to serve two people. It was well decorated.Fairly close to TGI Friday's, supermarkets, and fast food restaurants

Convienent location, kitchen in room, big laundry room. This is a convenient, well kept 2 star hotel that worked perfectly for a weekend hockey tournament with a teenager. The staffwas friendly and helpful and the room was simple but clean.

Room was clean. Elevators were dirty. Hotel was located on RT 20W centrally located along with other suite-type hotels. This particular hotel was very sparse in amenities in fact there was nothing in the bathroom like shampoo, etc.
