This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 15 miles from Logan International Airport and 18 miles from downtown Boston. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, One dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Comfortable bed, kitchen area and desk sold me on this hotel. Close restaurants, iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided. Nice overall.

Located near restaurants and entertainment and a nice mall. Friendly service but very little service.

the room was comfortable and clean. There is no housekeeping for short stays and when we requested extra pillows they were never delivered. I would stay again but bring my own pillows.

Mini Suite set up was very convenient. Lobby area was crowed and not as functional as comparable facilities. Friendly staff, good room for the money. Everything was clean and in good working order.

Rooms were nice. The staff was very rude. The rooms are large and rommy however this has got to be the rudest staff that has worked at hotel. I have stayed there a few times and it's always the same.

Front desk called, after I checked in, to see everything in the room was okay. Very nice! Extremely nice and friendly front desk representative called, after I checked into my room, to see everything in the room was okay. I thought it was a very nice touch. I wanted to point that out.

Location. Night staff was rude. Cleaning came at 8 am. Cleaning service came at 8am, when I was sleeping. Then at 10am. I answered the door and told them to come later (say, 30 minutes). Left the room all day, came back and the room was not touched. Next day, same story. My remote was not working. TV stations were out of synch. Night staff was not so friendly. I understand it was a holiday season (nobody wants to work on holidays, I get that) but they shouldn't treat customers as they are doing us a favor. We are paying customers and we deserve a friendly service. If they are going to get frustrated they should not work in a service industry.

Clean large room. Shower head was too strong or too soft. This is a good value for business travelers. If you will be staying for many days it has a refrigerator and kitchen.

It was close to where we needed to go. You had to pay for maid service. This hotel is great for the business traveller as you are close to ammenities and the rooms are relatively comfortable for the amount of time you would spend in them.

I liked the layout of the suite. It was convenient and had just enough space not to be cramped. The staff was not at the desk when I needed help. Very convenient location, layout, great, service good.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and great room for the money. My room was clean, but the counter top was in need of repair. This hotel is a great, if you are here for the long haul. Management was very professional and went above and beyond to make our stay top notch!

Location was fantastic. Boston 20 min one way, Walden Pond 20 min the other. Shopping all around; movies next door. Would have preferred two beds and internet access was an extra charge and pretty slow. Friendly staff with good knowledge of the area and good advice on how to get places. The hotel charges for housekeeping, but the rooms are designed for extended stay, with a kitchen (fridge, stove top, microwave oven), so cleaning up after yourself seems natural enough.

Very nice room. The kitchen is supposed to be fully equipped. It had one pan. Other kitchen amenities were OK. Centrally located to Burlington Mal and lots of Restaurants. Nice king size bed and Handicapped facilities. We enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit our daughter, son in law and grand twins!
