This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 18 miles from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and 20 miles from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, One dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Usually get a king bed and couch for the money. Smaller room this time. But needed the kitchen aspect. And wanted to be near highway. So happy with choice.

I love the comfort of the bed and the pillows. Trash cans were to little and rim of the toilet was nasty. I enjoyed everything about this Hotel and I really loved looking at the landsacpe from the balcany.

My first impression of the room was that it was cute. After moving in I noticed that it wasn't cleaned well. The toaster and coffee maker was dirty all over and the cupboards were sticky (and the coffeemaker didn't work, I later discovered). I was leary of using the plates and cups as they didn't appear too clean. The floor clearly had not been cleaned near the bed or in the closet as there was dirt all around those areas. When I arrived, the hallway floor was littered with small odds and ends, and when I checkd out two days later those things were still there. I will say that the microwave, refridgerator, and bathroom were all spotless. The cleaning crew apparantly focuses on certain areas and lets other things go.When I was there, there were telephone company crews staying there, and it was noisy with lots of socializing. Felt I was in a college dormitory. Not sure if this is a regular thing.

Like many travelers, we look for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay without paying a fortune for an overnight stay. With this in mind, the price point and details of this hotel fit.Review - Hotel is in a great location and I found it safe. Although I did not have a pet, I thought it was great that the hotel was pet friendly. Total cost of my stay was 100; about half the cost for other hotels in the area.Although I saved about 100, I found the hotel room:Pros:1) spacious2) comfortable bed3) Room had fridge and stove - did not use though4) Safe Cons:1) Room was not very clean - a lot dirt under the bed, light switches dirty, fridge was dirty2) No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom - pretty standard items3) Most disturbing thing I saw was housekeeping not changing the sheets of the rooms they were cleaning. The guy just remade the beds!4) Decor outdated. I could live with the outdated decor if it were cleanAlthough I saved on this stay, I don't think I would stay here again because of the cleanliness issue.

Location mainly. Needs some updating to bathrooms, no fans. Moderate hotel. Adequate for the average traveler. I think an executive type would need more from this hotel.

Price. No night desk staff, no shampoo, pen or paper in room. Upon arriving at 11 pm I had use a house phone to get someone to let me in the front door.

The front desk called us to make sure everything was okay in the rooms after we checked in The day shift clerk on the next day was very unfriendly

Everything in the surrounding community was easy to access. Everything extra in the room cost an extra $10. This hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay. The problem I currently have is that, an hour after checking out of the hotel, I called because a piece of jewelry had been left on the nightstand. It has yet to be found. I hope whatever staff member has it, wears it well.

This hotel offers the conveniences of home. The wireless internet cost an additional $4.99 and wasvery slow. While this hotel offers a room with a kitchen, there were other benefits missing that are included by other hotels. Free wireless, a continental breakfast, daily maid service to mention a few.

Front desk attendant was pleasant, although she didn't have any authority to fix problems. No free breakfast, no free wireless internet, wireless internet didn't work well, room decorated poorly.

Spacious rooms. No restaurant or bar. This hotel was excellent. My electriciy was out at home, due to Hurrican Ike. I was able to keep my food, plus cook in my room at Homestead. It had refrigerator & stove, plus utensils. It was great and clean!!!

Nothing. If you like bugs, this is the place for you. The place looked good from the outside. Once we changed rooms because the air conditioning was in pieces on the floor and they did not even know. The bugs kept us on our towels the rest of the time. They would not even give me a receipt upon leaving.

It was quiet. I could not hear other guests or staff. The kitchen was nice. The bed was a little hard but not too bad. This hotel was easy to find and there are a lot of close by restaurants, stores & bank in the area. Check in was quick. The room was clean & fresh. There was a full kitchen that was nice.

The staff was extremely attentive & accommodating. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. This Homewood studio suites was one of the best I've stayed in yet. A homey atmosphere, lobby included a living room with books, large screen TV, sofa, huge arm chairs. The staff was extremely cordial. The whole appearance of this hotel was inviting, even down to the well kept landscaping. Close interstate access. Top as well as numerous local restaurants. Definitely recommend for family vacation, business travelers. Oh yes & extremely pet friendly!
