This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately half a mile from Baltimore Washington International Airport and five miles from Glen Burnie. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, One dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

We only stayed one night and moved to another hotel because this place was a dump!

Very unsafe. Hotel employees were basically casing out the room while we were there. Unsafe! Okay, here it goes. We had hotel employees help us bring our stuff in, unsolicited - the entire time this was happening, they were eying everything we had (laptop bags, suitcases, BlackBerrys, etc.). The door did not shut firmly. Even with the top bolt on, it still was ajar by a couple inches. The room had a bizarre perfume-like odor to it. We had people staring in through the windows and doors (we could see this through the grates below, folks were lingering in front of our hotel room). We were so freaked out, we checked out at 11 pm - and immediately upon our checkout, a suspicious car pulled up to our (now former) room door, turned off its lights and parked there for several minutes. I've traveled a bunch and never, ever, ever had an experience like this, and I've stayed everywhere from low-end Motel 6 knockoffs to higher-end Marriott's, Hilton's, etc. I don't expect perfection; I do expect to have safe accommodations. I'm assuming nothing will happen based on my review, but if I had my druthers. (I've had quite positive experiences with Homestead in the past, including the two prior nights at a Homestead outside D.C.)

The hotel appears nice from a distance. Once we were in our room, the room did not appear to had been thoroughly cleaned. We "lysoled" everything before going to bed. We had to contact the front desk numerous times to get a waste basket. We then had to run down housekeeping for toilet paper!

We were travelling the next morning for a funeral in Florida. We wanted to save the time of a drive from DC and chose this hotel for the proximity to BWI. We would have been much better off to drive the extra hour in the AM. It took us an hour and a half to move around from one room to another because of the gross condition of the first room we were put into. The bathroom (and most of the room) was not cleaned since the previous guest and the commode was filled with a foul smelling deposit from the previous night's guest. I am not kidding.

Do people only write these reviews to be negative? I looked at a few before my trip and that's how it seemed. Anyway, I wanted to be sure I left a good one. This place was just delightful: near the airport, well laid out, nice rooms, plenty of parking. It's got a stove, dishes, etc. for your use, which I didn't need but was nice. I'd say hell yeah, stay here.

Extended stay kitchen amenities. No DVD player, no oven. I have stayed at this hotel earlier this year and really enjoyed what it has to offer, so I was quite happy.

I am stuck in this gross hotel, no lock on the door, the desk clerk announced to everyone what room he was giving me and he can't fix the door lock.

I am in a wheelchair and I do a lot of traveling and the room for disabled people was not good for people with a disability.

I liked having a refrigerator and sink available for use. There wasn't much for little ones. They did not have any cribs or any play equipment. I didn't have any problems while I was in the hotel. When I came to my room though, there was a bowel movement still in the toilet - this made me a little leery as to how clean the room actually was. I did find out that the water in the entire place went out the morning of my checkout (after I had showered fortunately!).

It was casual and comfortable. Upon checkout, the housekeeper was banging on the door waiting for us to leave from 9:00 am till 10:05. She was standing outside my room door. It was great over all till the housekeeper was persistent on us leaving before check out time to clean the room. It was rather rude.

Nothing! Dirty and the staff goes to bed and locks the doors at night if you're checking in late- you're screwed. Don't go here!

Convenient, easy access from highway; quiet. I have no complaints! This was perfect for the weekend trade show my husband and I attended. Easy to access from highway, generous breakfast place nearby and nice restaurants close at hand. The price was definitely right! Parking right at our door, comfortable room with kitchenette. Our 3rd stay here, and we'll hop to be back again next year!

Quiet and smoke free. No lotions or shampoo. Had a very good experience at hotel and would stay there again. Hotel clerk was very nice, polite and efficient. She even gave us excellent directions.

Convenient location to bwi, local cinema, and restaurants. Room was marginally clean with dirt and objects on the floor from a previous occupant. Because I did not take this particular information with me we paid a second time instead of looking for another place to stay. Although it was a convenient location I would never return to this place. The place was barely adequate and certainly I could have found another place cleaner and the staff friendlier for the same price.
