Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and offered recommendations to places for sightseeing and leisure. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice kitchenette with utensils and full sized refrigerator. Very close to Buckley AFB (8 min drive on the street).

The room we reserved was occupied. The handicap room we were reassigned did not have a shower chair. In spite of numerous requests it was not provided. We purchased our own. The door lock did not work and the repair was not completed during our 2 day stay. We had to have staff let us into our room each time we returned. I was on military duty and did not have time to find another room, if I had time we would have been out of there. Total disregard for the customer's needs. No wonder the room rates are so low, so is the service.

I was in Denver for 2 weeks on business, and since all of the downtown rooms were expensive or not available due to a convention, I decided to look outside the city. Orbitz gave me a great deal on a hotel room/rental car combo about 15 miles east of Denver at the Homestead Suites in Aurora, which was about $20 cheaper than the cheapest room in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the place had a general run-down feeling about it. The steps going to the 2nd florr were filthy. There were multiple stains on the bathroom tile and grout, and an especially ugly black mildew stain on the shower curtain. There were several stains on the carpeting as well, and a cigarette burn on the chair, even though this was a non-smoking room. On the plus side, the kitchen area, and appliances were very clean. And the bed was very comfortable. All in all ... the price and having a car "slightly" out weighed the expensive hotel in town. Good deal for the solo traveler or business person, but I would never stay here if I had my family with me.

It was easy to find. Unfriendly staff, not very clean. Some of the hotel staff (front desk clerk) was very rude and unfriendly. The room had drink splattered on the wall which made me question the cleanness. Parking is very tight. When asked the front desk couldn't even provide a map of Aurora even though the hotel guide said that maps could be provided at the front desk. The front desk clerk couldn't even provide directions to the nearest Wal-Mart. I will never stay there again.

I booked online and when I checked in I was told that the room that was reserved for me had a broken door knob so I couldn't stay in that room. After about 20 mins they figured out a room that was "ready" for me in about 10 mins. So I came back to the hotel in 10 mins and that room was not ready. The staff put me in another room. When I walked in it reeked of smoke and I instantly had an asthma attack and a headache. I went to the staff and told them of my asthma and they said that I had booked a smoking room and they had no other rooms available. I had to sleep in my car that night. I was ridiculous!! Don't stay here

Nothing. Did not have soap/shampoo in room. No one in office. Do not stay at this hotel. The key to my room did not work and could only be let in by master key. The room did not have any soap or shampoo. No one at office to resolve problem and no answer to phone all day. I left hotel day early and went to a real hotel with real service.

Kitchenette was nice but not well stocked. Trash bin overflowing; bed was hard and uncomfortable, room was quite & small, no telephone. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The young girl did not answer any of my questions or tried to find the answer. She repeatedly replied, I don't know. I finally just gave up. The outside trash bins were overflowing and unpleasant to say the least. The room was clean, I do appreciate that. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was only 1 chair snuggled between the bed and wall. I will probable not stay there again.

It was a small room, but it had everything it advertised and the people in the office were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of options for food nearby, and the hotel was certainly quiet. If you just need a simple place to stay in Denver by yourself or as a couple, this place should be fine. If you have kids, I could see it being a little tight. The only real issue I had was that the wi-fi internet connection was a bit slow. It was adequate for me, but some of the online work I needed to do took longer than necessary due to the slow connection. I have no idea if it was due to the location of my room, or if it was simply the connection speed of the hotel's network.

Good cost. Rooms where not maintained very well. This needs some updates done to make the facility a better stay IE carpet and tile needs grout cleaned better and carpet needs cleaned better.

The staff upon check to check out were extremely friendly and helpful. Once checked in we received a call in our room checking on our satisfaction thus far. (actually received two calls, they must not have realized the call had been made earlier). Room was decent not real spacious but definitely served its purpose for a one night stay.

The price was right, location close to where I needed to be. Mt non-smoking room reeked of smoke, not the motel's fault, but rude guests. This was a good, low-cost place to stay. The rooms and environment were clean, the staff was friendly. After I checked in a call was made to my room to ask if it was satisfactory, and while it had some residual smoke from a rude previous guest, the room aired out. However, I did not check the message until late at night - after going out, but apparently the staff would have moved me if they had another room available. The room proved to be okay. Aurora can be a dicey place to stay, but the location of this motel seemed safe.

I was impressed with the check-in. The clerk were very friendly and helpful. The pillows were too thin and the room A/C had broken dials therefore it was not possible to adjust the confort level. Over all we were very satafied with our stay.

It had a kitchenette, it had a smoking room. The supplies/dishes etc I had to go get, no TV channel guide, I did not get my wake up call. The kitchen was suppose to be stocked, it was not. My wake up call did not happen.

Appliances and convenience. No house keeping if stay is less than 4 nights. Overall it was a good hotel. The hotel staff was not as friendly as they could have been.
