This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately three miles from Memphis International Airport and Graceland. Beale Street is seven miles away. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, one dollar per stay unlimited local phone calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

We picked this hotel for an overnight near the airport for a quick departure the next morning. The staff was wonderful. Since the hotel's van was out-of-service, the manager took us to the airport himself. The property itself seems to be showing its age, a little run-down. No cups in the kitchen to use with the coffee maker. The sign directing guests to the on-site laundry mentioned vending machines, but none to be found. Looked like the vending machines were replace with additional washers and dryers, but the signage hadn't been updated.

Equipped with kitchenette; No bugs. Floors and carpet were nasty! I don't think I will stay at this hotel again because the room was just nasty! I have small children who like to walk around barefoot and if you could only have seen their feet. Just nasty! Kitchen was clean. No bugs. Bathroom was clean expert floor was filthy! I don't think they scrub the floors or shampoo the carpets. If you like things clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel was located in the business section of Memphis and I felt very safe there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

My boyfriend has taken me to GRACELAND two years in a row. We have stayed at this hotel both times for convenience. The last time we stayed we paid extra for housekeeping only to have them tell us the day after we payed the extra $3 per day for clean towels that we were not in the computer for this service. Well dont you know the same thing happened this year. We paid the extra money and same thing. Then we came home from a day out to find the beds not made and the towels still in the same spot on the bathroom floor. Not to mention the feces that was along the bottom seal of the toilet!!! (YUK) I'm glad I never have to stay there again. Also the shower wall tiles were so soap scummy that I had to pre clean the shower before I took a shower. The grout was all black in spots too. I mean at least they could have cleaned it for the next guests. [...] you should be ashamed of yourself....

The hotel was in a very secluded location. I was very upset that the hotel shuttle only ran during normal business hours. I had to pay $15 to get to the airport. When I arrived to check in, I was told there was no room available for me. After waiting 10 minutes, I was told that I would have to take a smoking room. The pillows on the bed did not have pillow cases. There were no face towels in the room. I called the front desk and was told these items were not available. There was no soap available for washing your hands. The hotel was horrible.

Checked in late, person at desk was disinterested. Room was ok at best. Our vehicle was damaged and vandalized (broken window)and over $1000 of merchandise was taken. Hotel employees did not offer much assistance. After a long process we were not charged for the stay.

Our hotel stay was not a nice one. It was too noisy due to being close to airport. Housekeeping was not available. If you wanted housekeeping, you had to pay an additional fee. If you wanted clean towels, you had to turn in your dirty towels to the front desk clerk. Our room was not very clean, and was quite disgusting. There were bugs, dead and alive in bathroom. The toilet was dirty. Front desk allowed us to switch rooms, and sill no satisfaction. There no sheets on the sofa bed, no shower curtain. The furniture was horribly dirty. We were even afraid to take our shoes off. The location was hars to find from the main road. I will never, ever stay at Homestead Suites again, nor will I recommend it to friends and family.

Nothing. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I was treated very rudely and would not stay at that hotel. I was very disappointed in it.

The hotel was located in an office park which would have been nice if it were near restaurants. The surrounding area was not very nice and we drove around for half an hour before settling for Wendy's. There was a kitchen area but nowhere to buy anything to prepare. It was located in the path of the airport, but that didn't cause too much of a problem. I was dissapointed with the lack of channels on the T.V.. The beds were not very comfortable and I had to request extra pillows. There was also no shampoo in the bathroom.

Staff was great, quiet area, will definitely will stay again. Not convenient to food, had to take cab to store. Love the staff, great personality's always helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

I loved the location of this hotel since it was nearby to the hotel and places I needed to go. The location was guite and safe surroundings. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Staff was also very knowledgeable about the city and restaurants in the area. The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen in the room with a full size refrigerator came in very handy. The hotel was a great value for the money. Not a 4 star hotel but not inadequate and well maintained.

The doors had locks. It was low-quality, scary, under-staffed, and had poor airport shuttle service. This was not a place I'd stay again. The area around the Memphis airport is not pleasant, and this hotel was no exception. There was only one staff member at the desk who could barely communicate, the decor both in and our of the rooms was shabby, and the other patrons frightening. Even from a practical perspective, they don't have an airport shuttle that runs before 7AM.

My only complaint was there was no one to check me out early in the morning (around 6 am). I needed a receipt for my expense account. I'm sure there are ways around it (they offered later to e-mail my bill to me) but no one told me the front desk would not be manned in the morning when I checked in.

There was a kitchen in my room. Hair in shower. No TP. Dirty kitchen utensils. Noisy heat & air. Nice friendly staff. Looks ok on the outside, but could have been a better stay. It was soo noisy. I could hear the neighbors move around. Hear people outside talking. Hair in the shower! No toilet paper! Dried syrup on countertops in kitchen! I say a new clean up crew is a must. Or someone was having a rough day.

The hotel manager was willing to let me park my car on the lot while on my short business trip. They need a better guest lobby area and a little renovation. I would recommend this hotel to any business travel who is in need of a moderately priced but clean and friendly place to stay. It is close to the Memphis airport, several restaurants, affordable and easily accessible.

Kitchenette. You could see that the rooms were old when you looked at the molding around the floors and the faucets where a little rusty in the sink and tub. It was good privet for the space and amenities. The kitchenette. Is nice to have at a hotel. But I didn't need for my short stay.
