This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately 12 miles from downtown Anaheim and 38 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, personalized voicemail, irons and full-size ironing boards, and unlimited local calls for a 1 fee. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

The hotel was great location for my needs. Very affordable. Would be nice to have a place to relax outside to enjoy the weather. For an Extended stay place the kitchen was not well equipped.

Basically booked the room because it was a good rate. When we finally got there, they said the rate was a price mistake and told us they could not honor the price and they did not have a room available for us. Great job. They could have called to tell us this at least...sometime before we drove 7 hours would have been nice as well.

Despite the poor reviews I ended up staying at the Homestead in Brea because it was more convenient for my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised...the staff went above and beyond and the room was clean and well-appointed. I felt safe and like it was a good value for the money. The carpet was sticky when I was barefoot...should be cleaned, but other than that it was a very nice stay and I would go again.

Upon check-in found mold in bathroom, hair in sink and dust and dirt everywhere. The layout of the motel is confusing and I did not find the staff to be helpful.

This location is .25 miles from St Jude Rehabilitation ane Wellness Center. Very convenient! There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shops nearby. Room had full size refridgerator and lots of cabinet space, however, no plates or glasses or silverwear. There is a stove but no pots or pans. I didn't ask at the desk, perhaps they provide these items on request. Ample free parking. Very quiet area on weekends. I stayed in a first floor room near the registration office and never heard a sound! Will stay here again when returning to Brea.

The staff was excellent and the accommodations were also. I would stay at this hotel indefinitely. The atmosphere is excellent, the staff is very accommodating and it is an over all fantastic place to stay!

If you are on a low budget this hotel will do, but if you want even a little extra comfort you won't get it here. It was nice to have the kitchen, but there were not enough utinsils for all in our party. We asked for a non-smoking room and the room we got smelled so bad of stale cigarette smoke we couldn't sleep the first night. We also had some rowdy neighbors next to us and when we called the front desk to complain, they acted like we were inconviencing them. It made us feel unsafe. The beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable and the rooms are desparate for an update.

I liked the kitchen facility. Full sized fridge was nice. The bed was super hard! This was a decent hotel for the money. I was traveling with small children, and the hotel staff put us on a ground floor room, which made it easier unload luggage. The hotel had a kitchenette, which was very convenient.

The room was fair. I was disappointed because the carpets was dirty and there was not screen on the window. The air conditioner NEVER worked even after I called the front desk to have it fixed.

It had a refrigerator and small kitchen, convenient location. Kitchen was minimally equipped. No dish soap or shampoo. This hotel is designed for a longer stay with a kitchenette in the room. It was good for my very ill husband to be able to use the kitchen if he was too weak to go out.

The price was great and the room was spacious! We received a wakeup call each morning around 5 am that we did not order! This is an overall nice hotel. This was our second stay and it was a better visit this time. I was pleased that we got what they called their deluxe sweet, which I believe, was just their handicapped room. But it was nice and spacious. I did not like getting the wake up calls each morning that we did not ask for.

I like the location of the hotel. The hotel is great for a single business person. There is everything that you would possible need within a two mile radius. I did not like the fact that the front desk clerk, which happened to be the manager was not attentive to what she was doing.

Friendly staff. The only drawback was some cigarette smell in the linens. It was not strong, but any cigarette smell bothers me and makes me question how clean the place is.

It was clean and quiet. It was very convenient to major roads and shopping. There was no maid service but for the price that was okay. The hotel was pleasant, convenient quiet.A good buy for the price. I've stayed in other more expensive hotels that were not very different.
