We had to spend an extra hour to locate this hotel after getting off of NJTP Ext 10

Suite style. Dirty room, poor staffing, no hospitality.

We stay here everytime we visit Staten Island. Has complete kitchen and rooms are bright and clean. Internet does cost 4.99 but its for the entire stay and works all the time unlike other hotels.

It was clean. It is very difficult to find, one of the entrances are closed. This hotel is good for business travelers, especially for those staying multiple days because there is a kitchen, however there is no extremely close grocery stores. There is a cute park next door though.

Location. It's dirty and people smoke. This hotel is good if you have a blue collar job and like to smoke and drink. The rooms are dirty and the furniture needs a good wipe down. When you come into the hotel, there are a number of low life hotel quests that smoke at the entrance of the hotel. The trash can is over flowing with cigarette butts; it's disgusting to look at as well as the smell from the cigarettes. I use this hotel as a last resort.

The staff was very rude. The hotel was fine.

Quiet during the week. Lack of cookware for the rooms. Housekeeping is unpredictable. Slow drains in bath. You may or may not have cookware in your room. Dayshift front office employees are polite. Don't ask for anything from the weeknight staff, they won't appreciate being bothered to help you.

The woman that helped us check in early at the front desk was awesome! The area was a bit sketchy and we felt unsafe leaving our car in the parking lot that night.

The hotel was quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

Clean room, no odors, nice refrigerator andfast wireless. Broken key card reader, kitchenette not sufficiently stocked with utensils and cookware. Hotel was clean and roomy. The internet services worked well, but remember to ask the front desk for the code before they go off duty for the night. We used the kitchenette, but found no frying pan or can opener. Asked for extra pillows, but did not receive them. The most serious offense, however, was that we needed to swipe our key card in order to get into the hotel late at night (no one is at the front desk after 11 pm). This would be acceptable if the card reader worked. My husband and I, and several other guests all tried to swipe our cards to open the door without success. We had to call the night housekeeper and wait for her to let us in. Ask the hotel if the key card reader has been fixed.

Great staff, nice environment, well organized. Please keep it up nice place to stay for pleasure.

Has small cooking area. Sink and tub drains always a problem at this property. Comfortable for the business traveler, this hotel offers abundant parking close to several entrances. These entrances may or may not work with a key-card. The showers are nice, but the drain probably will not keep up (ankle deep for a very quick shower). The manager and others are friendly, but housekeeping is undependable.

Friendly staff. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and they didn't provide enough pillows. It was a little tricky to navigate the backroads to the hotel, but it wasn't much of a problem. The staff was very friendly and there was a common area where you could hang out and meet other guests. My only complaint is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were only two pillows. It's a great place for someone on a budget!

Clean with several money - saving conveniences. Location very hard to find. Fine for one or two nights, especially if you're on a budget.

Clean, friendly, quiet. I have to stay in Woodbridge once a month or so and I always hope that this is the hotel that is selected. It's clean and comfortable, close to my work and the staff is friendly and professional.

Cheap price. The hotel is located close many freeways and highways. It’s very easy to get lost looking for the hotel. The hotel is right across Hampton Inn, very close to a Wal-Mart in Woodbridge. But again, watch out for the directions. If you miss a turn/exit, it’s kind of tough to get back.

Clean and new looking room. Excellent ammenities. Some minor cleanliness issues. Overall very good hotel. Would stay here again for similar reasons. Very dinky kitchenette but acceptable. Slightly too hard of a bed and aging sheets. Some dingy pricing on the dryer in the laundry room. Takes 3 $ to dry clothes-2 cycles. Some noisy pet noise. Dog barks as you pass rooms. Pretty quiet for business travelers. Some low income residents but didn't take away from the experience. Easy access to major roads and local retail.

It was ok for a weekend. It wasn't that comfortable and clean. It's like a (motel) and it's a suite which has a kitchen too.

New and friendly staff. Sometimes the hallways got a little dirty fair TV. Well I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and was generally happy. I would stay again. The TVs were of low quality and the internet connection was barely above standard modem speed. I was happy with the channel selection on the TV though there could have been more channels. There could be more kitchen utensils and a better frozen food section with maybe Stouffers dinners in the vending area. Also, I didn't see a decaf urn in the coffee area in the morning or decaf in the room. I was impressed with the sound deafening quality of the walls.
