This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately one mile from Delaware Park Race Track & Slots and 27 miles from Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include workspaces with computer dataports, one dollar per stay for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and irons and full-size ironing boards. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

It was a clean facility. Poor customer service. Beds very hard! Uncomfortable AC did not operate properly. This hotel is great if you don't want to sleep in a comfortable bed. This hotel is great if you don't need the air conditioning to work. This hotel is great if you don't need extra pillow's. I practically had to beg for extra pillows. I was told my husband and I could only have 1 extra as 60 other guests were coming. What's up with that?

Our flight arrived late at night and we were unable to contact the hotel via phone--they did not answer after numerous tries and many rings. Fortunately when we arrived, the service lady happend by and allowed us in.

Clean, comfortable, great kitchenette-good for longer stays. It was a little out of the way for me. I am a business traveler who was in Newark,for three days. This hotel was great for me-it was clean, quiet and had a kitchenette!

I wish I could say something positive except the location. Everything! From the reception to the room everything was disappointing. It will be apt to call it a motel and not a hotel. It basically fits that class. If you are looking to just rest for the night and get out the next morning then you could keep it on your consideration list.

Good location for me and was close to all area I was in and out of. Nothing! Recommend it to anyone coming into the area. Staff was a joy to work with!

Very clean. Repair work on bathroom ceiling ongoing. Outstanding check-in and check-out experience. Both hotel employees were very professional. The room was more than adequate. The towels were/appeared new. I'd highly recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area.

Kitchen, location and privacy. Stuffy, used AC in late Sept, but never got cold, noisy and bed is too small! Staff is helpful, parking easy, dollies to move in.. kitchen fine although extremely sparsely furnished, ( no bowls etc) and bed is small.

Great location, quality, value, service! Could use a little more parking close to entry. This was my second stay at this property. I hope to get this location every time. Checking in at 2:30 am. Was a breeze. I really like this place!

Location. Dirty rooms. No maid service for stays under a week. Kitchen and refrigerator dirty. Items left in kitchen from previous person that had to be thrown away. I have stayed in this location for many weeks but this was worst. Appears they have been changing managers recently with new help.

Clean, safe location, easy access to major highway; heater and shower worked without problems. Would appreciate a continental breakfast or something similar. Provides good overnight accommodations.

Excellent value for the money. Was not able to extend my stay for the same rate, but was unable to do so. The hotel is near my work, clean, friendly and safe.

I liked the kitchen. You have to find somebody for help because of the crazy hours at the front desk. The hotel was all the way in the back of a office park, in a secluded area. There is no security around. Very secluded. Overall the hotel was ok but needed cleaning up.

Price was good for the quality. Lack of any on site security after 11pm. Good clean room, very quiet. No help around after 11 p.m. questionable safety in the parking lot late at night. Overall great value for the money.
