The gal at the desk was very nice and tried to be as accomodating as possible. The reservations were incorrect and they did not have a room for us. To make them right, another person working apparently went up to a room and wiped it down to make it "available". The floor was dirty with crumbs and bits of paper. There was old plastic ware under the pull out sofa and the sheets were obviously slept in from the prior guest...had not been changed. There was no coffee, whcih was supposed to be supplied. The staff does not care for people who book through Orbitz and informed me that Orbitz has no idea how many or what kind of rooms they have available! They would not give me a receipt stating they could not do that because I booked through Orbitz! Overall...i will never stay with this hotel again and I would have to thnk about booking through Orbitz if what they said was true!

It had a kitchen. Graffiti on bathroom wall. It was decent.

Price was ok for Denver area but the A/C was inconsistent and the Windows Shades were largely broken off. Additionally the big roller mirrors for closet doors kept coming off their tracks. I am gentle and was the only person staying there. So frustrating. The people are great. The internet connection is NOT free.

Bed began to be unconformable after several nights. Room smelled a little. Overall was average and good price.

Very comfortable for such an affordable hotel. Chair in room could use a shampoo. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location, cheap, roomy, comfortable and clean!

Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean rooms, safe area. It?s refreshing to have a hotel advertise no smoking rooms and have it actually be true! Usually, it still reeks of stale smoke anyway. The Homestead at Cherry Creek actually was no smoking. I could breath! Clean and fresh. I was happily surprised. Will definitely be back.Sam- Ca

When I arrived at the property they did not have any reservation for me on file. I had all of my supporting documentation and it was not enough. The hotel manager called their central reservation number and the central reservation system said I did indeed have a reservation and gave the manager the reservation number. That was not good enough for the hotel manager as the reservation was not on HER computer and she would still not check me in. The cental reservation person told her to call the company that supported their reservation system and see why she did not have the reservation at her property even though it was in central reservations. The system software support person told her everything was fine and "it should be there". It was'nt so the manager still refused to check me in even though I had all the paperwork AND her central reservation person confirmed that I had a pre-paid reservation with a confirmation number.During all of this I got my computer and logged on to the [...] website and to my total dismay THERE IS NO 800 CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL A [...] REPRESENTATIVE FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE!!! Luckily, there was a live chat option and I finally got a "chat" representative on the line and explained my situation. He called the hotel and had to give the hotel manager a credit card number to pay for the room so that I could check in. It took me 2 hours to resolve this problem. What if I did not have my laptop computer with me? I would have had no way to communicate with [...] and I do not know how I would have gotten this problem resolved. SHAME ON [...] FOR THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NOT PROVIDING A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY!!! This whole experience was horrible!! Now,about the hotel. DO NOT STAY THERE unless you want to stay at a property that is full of gang member types and dope dealers!! I felt threatened everytime I drove on to this property at night. I would have forfeited my money and left if I could afford a different place to stay.

Location. Did not honor late check out as promised. Room had gasoline fumes from worker using blowers. Location is great. I had requested a noon checkout when I checked in. They clerk said fine but the next day a clerk knocked on my door after eleven, saying he had no note that I asked for a later check-out. Room was full of gasoline fumes when workers used blowers to clean parking lot.

This is not the first time that I've stayed at this Homestead. It is not the worst place to stay in, but management should look at making improvements. Pros: Easy access to Cherry Creek, Glendale, Aurora and I-25. Cons: Non-professional or unskilled or uninterested staff, poorly functioning heating system in room, cold wind blows in under doors (!), no dish detergent in kitchen, not very clean

Great suburban location. There was no room cleaning while we were there. Great place to stay. Right next to a Target and other restaurants. Wi-Fi costs 5 bucks. Overall--good.

Location. No attention to do not disturb sign and no attention to request for later check-out approved at front desk - I was awakened twice. Location is ideal. Cleanliness is good. Front desk staff is above average. Housekeeping is lackluster - no shower curtain - no shampoo. I requested a noon checkout at front desk which was noted - and I put the do not disturb sign on the door and yet housekeeping pounded on my door twice waking me and disturbing me both times by same housekeeper.

Kitchenette was nice. Quiet location, quiet rooms. Very hard to find. Directions were impossible too. Clean quiet hotel. Nice kitchenettes. Close to target store.

The kitchenette was nice. I was put in a handicap room with handicap shower; there were no other rooms available. It was not a pleasant last night. The hotel staff were confused the whole stay.

They were great to accommodate my late check-in and last minute reservation. The guy in the room above me is ignoring the non-smoking signs and it wafts into my room. But that is not homestead's fault. Excellent place to stay for the lowly traveling medical student. The kitchenette cut back on the grocery bills, the TV provided entertainment, and the location was great. All this place needs is a pool!

The size of the bed, closeness to restaurants. It was noisy when people walked by the room. I liked staying here because of the location. It was close to shopping, eating and the hospital where my husband was having tests done. If we need to come back to Denver, we will be staying there again.

Kitchenette. Out of the way location. Only 1 bed available. Some things were not kept up maintenance wise.

Kitchen, coffeemaker, ironing board & iron, bathtub instead of shower stall. Not as clean as I'd expected, dust on fixtures, dirty handprints on doors, only one ashtray for two smokers. We've been staying in this hotel several times a year for 8 years. I think the quality has suffered some since it became "Extended Stay America." We've always had two ashtrays for two adults in a smoking room. I've always liked having a tub instead of just a shower stall. They give plenty of linens, but the "furnished kitchen" was lacking -- there was only one drinking glass, again for two adults. I think the cleaning staff should pay more attention to details, as there was thick dust on some bathroom fixtures, dirty handprints on doors and, even though we hadn't touched the alarm clock, it started beeping in the middle of the night. Cleaning staff should make sure the alarm is in the off position. I do like the location and the fact that we know what to expect before leaving home.

Decent location. Not enough parking, poor lighting. The hotel had trash piled up outside the rooms and in the stairways, which were also not lit at night. The parking lot near my room was full, so I had to haul my luggage across and around several buildings, then up the stairs since there was no elevator.

Refrigerator did not cool. Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. Rocks in flower be at curb ankle breakers. It is better than motel 6 for the price.
