Homestead Denver - Tech Center - North

Homestead Denver Tech Center North is located approximately 24 miles from the Denver International Airport and 12 miles from downtown. The Denver RTD Light Rail system is directly across from the hotel.

The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Business services include mail delivery, complimentary incoming fax, and copy and outgoing fax service for a small fee. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet are a $20 daily fee that will not exceed $100 total.

All guestrooms have a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include a workspace with computer dataport, free local phone calls, personalized voicemail, and iron and full size ironing board.

Pet Policy: One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
