So, I was looking for inexpensive for a tight budget and that's what I got. Room appeared clean at check in but after a week nothing was ever done by staff but to make the beds and replenish the towels. Bathroom not cleaned, floors not vacuumed, kitcennette not cleaned. Was told by the front desk that if I stuck around until the housekeeper showed up and told her what to do she would do it. No hangers in the closets! Front desk was surprised when I asked for some. But the biggy was the 1 inch long cockroach that landed on one of the beds on our last night, after chasing it around the room trying to kill it with a shoe it ran under the bed where we found garbage from who knows where that came from. Another 40 dollars for the week would have put us in much better situations.

Baby ants all under the bed sheets in first room, 2nd room's shower was filthy, 3rd room was ok except I had to leave notices everyday for them to throw trash, clean bathroom, leave towels, leave coffee, etc. Rooms were never vacuumed in the 6 days there. Would not recommend to anyone. Stale pastries laid out where ants were crawling. Dirty fitness and laundry area. Did not venture into pool with such conditions.

The room was adequate. The spa was filled in with dirt and had weeds growing in it. If you're a bunch of guys looking for a place to just sleep for the night, it'll work. There were permanent residents living there and the atmosphere was more like a low-end apartment complex. The continental breakfast was tepid coffee and stale Danish.

Our stay served our purpose. My main comment would be that the desk clerk wasn't at the desk when we came in. We believe a relative of his was sitting in the lobby and said he'd be back in a few minutes. After about 10 minutes, the person went to find him. No big deal but could lose you an impatient customer. Next morning went over to see what was available for breakfast. It was 9:40 and any food had already been cleared off. No desk clerk again when we left. Otherwise, the room was good. Desk clerk was friendly when we interacted with him.

Did not like anything about it. Our reservation was for a non-smoking room and we did not get that. I was very unhappy because the room they gave us was not a non-smoking room. When asked if it was a non-smoking room they stated that is was, yet everything was penetrated and we found an ash tray in the room. Three out of four of our kids have allergies and they did not sleep well that night. They could not move us until someone else checked out of a non-smoking room the next morning and still when we checked in the room was not clean. When we asked for extra towels and asked for sheets for the sleeper sofa they questioned how many guests were in the room and charged me an additional amount for the kids yet when I checked in I filled out a paper where the amount of people was stated. I brought that up to his attention and he said that they usually don't pay attention to that. I was very disappointed that I did not even want to take advantage of the continental breakfast. The pool was closed. Not enough trash cans. I would rather stay at the motel 6 where I have had better experiences.

I was really impressed with the room. The room was comfortable, it was clean, everything in place, with everything I needed (hair drier, iron, kitchen, tv, stove). I will go back to it and I do recommend the hotel to my friends.

There was nothing wrong with this place in my opinion. Not the newest place in the world, but clean and had FREE wifi. It was nice to have a little frige as well.

I loved the living area being separate from the sleeping area. The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep at all!! Overall I loved the hotel, but because I couldn't sleep at all on the bed (it was at least as hard as the floor) I would not stay there again. Also, the hotel had very few guests yet we were placed right next to the freeway where we heard traffic all night.

No high speed internet connection. The hotel was very clean and had plenty of room. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen wass very clean. The location was great. Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area.

Location, Room was okay nice kitchenette. Snack food on couch showed room not clean. NO ICE anywhere on premises. Unkept back court. I sought this motel as one close to the airport for an early morning flight. When we checked in we appeared to disturb the manager who was watching television. There was no ice anywhere on the premises. The manager on duty when we came back from a late dinner gave us some convoluted directions about where to walk in the dark for an ice machine. There were no amenities of any kind. The key was not labeled in any fashion and both of us thought we heard a different number--neither of us right so we had to go back to the office to ASK! There were pretzels on the couch showing the room had not been cleaned. The dishes were too sparse to eat there and never would I cook there. It was not clean. Our friends who stayed at another place for the same amount were allowed to leave their car for a week, we paid airport parking. There was no courtesy van!

This was above and beyond, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I stay in hotels 2-3 times a year over the past 25 years for business. I have never yet had to complain about the rooms I was in until now. There was stains on the pillows and sheets that matched, which would make one assume the sheets were not changed. The light switches, telephones, cabinets, microwaves, and most surfaces were sticky, dirty and full of smudges. It seemed as if nothing was ever wiped off . The showers were not cleaned and there was blood and mold on the shower curtains and shower stall molding. There was black mold on the ceiling right where the toilet was in the room above mine. The television's volume would go up and down without touching the remote. I wore gray socks in the room for only for a few hours and they became black from the carpet. You could not see the bottom of the pool because it was cloudy. Also, people were bringing children to swim there and when it was time to leave they just went to their cars and left. I also noticed that maids were not even provided maid carts in which to clean the rooms. They use Lowes grocery carts

The fact that it looked better in person than in pictures. Good hotel, very nice looking, close to restaurants, stores. I wouldn't mine staying there again.

Although the location was perfect for us, we had to ask for lots of things to be comfortable in the room. We had a sleeper sofa for our third guest, but no sheets and towels for that person. On the second day we were there, we were given no clean towels. The pool was clean, but had lots of leaves and rocks in it. And the continental breakfast was almost non-existant. We liked the small refrigerator and the tiny breakfast nook. I also liked that the vanity area was seperate from the bathroom, so two people could get ready at the same time.

Staff was great. Rooms were quite slummy. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
