Fluffy blankets, comforters and lots of pillows.

This was a nice hotel at a nice price. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I never used the room service, so I can't comment on that. The room was very clean, and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. The heat controlls in the room worked fine. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, which was bad for me, I like VERY HOT showers. But the good point is the shower was VERY HOT with excellent water pressure. The free breakfast was pretty good, better than other hotels I've stayed at. It wasn't gourmet, but for free it was fine. Plus they supplied free coffee & morning newspaper in your room. I'm a non-smoker and I didn't notice any smoke smell in any areas of the hotel (as mentioned on a prior review). I think they remodeled. I didn't get to use the pool as it was winter. The Naked Fish Restaurant had excellent food (even for the non-fish eaters...that would be me). Traffic was city traffic, but I felt the hotel was an easy in and out(use the front entrance to exit right, back entrance to use traffic lights to turn left). Easy on and off I-95. Parking was FREE and the lot was well lit, and the building secure. The locals seemed very friendly as well. I would stay here again.

Good location. I will not be staying at Quality Suites again. I arrived at the hotel and checked in at the front desk. I walked into my room to find that it had two double beds rather than the king I had booked. I returned to the front desk and asked them about the mix up. They told me that I was moved because they hadn't expected a guest staying in my room to stay an extra night. They apologized, I walked back to my room annoyed and decided to take a shower. By the time I was done taking a shower the water was up past my ankles. It took ten minutes to drain after I was done. I was in too much of a rush to say anything. Later that night arriving back at the hotel, we complained to the front desk again about our room arrangements. The front desk person informed us that the manager would be calling our room to talk to us in about 15 minutes. The manager never called. The next morning I turned the heater on and 5 minutes later it was emitting a good amount of actual smoke and a burning smell. On our way out to check out we complained again about our room. The hotel accommodations of our stay was unsatisfactory in addition to the staff's reaction to our complaints.

A nice enough hotel - the price was right for a one night stay just outside the city to celebrate an aunt's 80th birthday in Boston. The hotel is smoke free, but still smells of smoke (in carpeting, etc.). The room thermostat didn't work and A/C worked only at full-blast or none at all. Buffet breakfast (complimentary) was fair. Coffee was great!

The free buffet was out of this world! The rooms were very clean and the bedding was updated. The hotel was wonderful. The room was great and the bedding was newer & very comfortable (no stains or burn holes). Cleanliness was my main concern and it was very clean! The free breakfast buffet was AWESOME - top notch! The staff was wonderful! The pool is outside, a little small but good enough & cleans. There is also a grill next to the pool if you want to cook outside. I would definitely come to this hotel again if ever in the area.

Good if you have business on US. Hard/slow drive to get into Cambridge. Very well managed. Customer friendly staff - the entire staff.

This hotel exceeded my expections. It was very easy to find, the staff was friendly, the room was cosy, and the price was perfect! The sink was wobbly when I turned it on and the door frame had a large seam that light came through, which made me a little uncomfortable. I loved this hotel! I had a wedding to attend and wasn't familiar with the area. And at the last minute I decided to get a hotel room. Well, I booked a room at 3am the day I needed it. It was so easy and affordable, I was apprehensive about the quality of the room. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. My room was very cozy and the king sized bed was a mountain of blankets and pillows! So comforting after a night of dancing and socializing. The next morning I intended on taking advantage of the complementary breakfast buffet but woke up too late. Over all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on returning again, soon!

The room was large and very accommodating. It was a bit noisy at first, but was very quiet after 9 pm. I very much enjoyed my stay even though I was only spending the night, as I was picking my daughter up from Wellesley College. Had I been able to spend more time there, I am sure it would have been extremely pleasant.
