Located only 5 minutes from the town center, the Holmwood Guest House is centrally situated 200 yards from Tolcarne and western beaches. It is within walking distance to some famous sites such as the Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, the Trenance Gardens, The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

What are your breakfast options?: We serve a full English with tea/coffee toast and preserves and a choice of cereal generally served between 8:30 am to 9:00 am.
What transport is available to get around?: There is a regular bus service available at the top of the road that will take you to Truro, Eden Project, Padstow, etc. If you contact the bus station or the tourist information center they will be able to provide you with information.

The airport is 15minute away and has taxi service.
The train station is a three minute walk away.
The beaches are at the top of the road, a three minute walk.
Town centre is a 10minute walk.
What can I do nearby?: There are many attractions located near by like beaches, pubs, restaurants, a zoo, boating, lake all within a short walk.
Do you have internet?: We do have Wi-Fi in all rooms and it is free.
Do you provide parking?: We have parking for four cars at the rear of the property, and there is free parking on the roads either side of the property.
