we only spent one night but everything was a number 1,we only gambled,eat a great meal and ventured on the next day.

Clean and the food was good. Rooms, small pillows, beds not made, no fan in bathroom.

Well lets begin with the part where I asked for a non-smoking (King bed) room with a decent view of the bay and got a smoking room with a view of the bay. After asking politley for a non-smoking room that I originally asked for I got a (double queen) non-smoking room with no view. Secondly, the room was never cleaned. I doubt that fresh linen was ever used for my stay and I cringe at the fact that there was not fresh linen there when I began.. The room was never cleaned as was evidenced by the cup marks left on the table after days of using it. If you all rememeber the expose of hotels not washing their guests drinking cups? Well this hotel is front and center on this one. I noticed a strange stickiness on the cup I used the night before so I washed the second cup with soap and water before I used it. I then marked it with soap to see if it would be washed. After returning from my room I noticed a smear on the cup and realized it was the soap I had used to mark it. Now a little water might have done the trick to clean it after all it was soap. However, no clean glass. Lastly check out time was just as bad. They tried to charge me (which I admamantly refused to pay) for two identical movies none the less and they said, (get this) they were ordered at 12:30 am I had already been asleep. I was then gazed upon with a great deal suspicion. In conclusion I can say that this hotel is not worth the money. Terrible service, terrible cleanliness, and bad business all around. I'm going to get my money back!

The hotel was very pleasant. Rooms very clean, there is a Casino off the main entryway. The only drawback is the smoking in the Casino. The smell is very over powering if you are a non smoker, but you can rest comfortably in your non smoking room without worrying about the smoking smell.

Nice looking golf course although did not play, clean rooms. Smoke smell in lobby, from casino. A very nice and newer hotel, very nice pool/spa area, great for golf/gambling.

my stay was short(overnight), but the overall stay was very good. i was especially pleased with the ease of connecting to the internet in my room and not having to go the business center or lobby to connect.

Our Hollywood Casino Magic stay began our vacation with a great feeling. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and everything was in working order.The location was a little out of the way but certainly not hard to find. It made you feel that you were really at a nice resort in an area that is trying hard to come back after the Katrina in 2005. A wonderful experience.

My room at Hollywood Casino Magic in Bay St. Louis, Ms. was spacious and comfortable-didn't seem like a hotel room at all. Even the bathroom was roomy for a single occupancy room. Although I'm sure the casino is the main draw, it was nice to have a large television with plenty of channels to choose from plus movies available for purchase if the casino was of no interest. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the hotel was renovated nicely under new management. Staff members are friendly without it seeming forced, required or fake. My one negative would be parking. The hotel really needs private parking for guests, perhaps in the form of a parking garage to separate it from casino visitors and protect against the elements.

Overpriced rooms, center stage was removed so no entertainment unless you pay to see the featured artist in the concert venue, service desk was rude. I was very disappointed and was expecting much more since Hollywood took it over and renovated it. The food at the buffet was disgusting. Frozen and had a freezer burned taste to it. I actually slipped and fell in the buffet line and was laughed at by the staff instead of being helped up. Slots were unbelievably tight. Left miserable and with a sore hip and wishing I had just stayed home.

The Hollywood Casino was a nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The bathroom was spacious in the Jr. King Suite. The lounging area in the room as an added bonus as well as the whirlpool bathtub. As a non-smoker, the smoke was difficult to deal with as the casino area became more populated. It seemed to seep everywhere. That would be the only down side to my stay.

The Hollywood Casino Hotel in Bay St. Louis offered a beautiful lobby, free parking, and a large sleeping room. The room we had offered a separate sitting area and a large jacuzzi tub. We were very pleased with this hotel.
